[Resolved] Dish TV — Recharge/Renewal | |||
My Dish TV Viewing card number : [protected] This is regarding my recent recharges and the validity I got. I have done two recharges 1. `200.00 on 21/08/10 2. `500.00 on 14/09/10 But even after this my next recharge date is said as 01/12/10. I thought I must be getting at-least 3 months of subscription for `500 for silver pack worth `150. I can’t understand what is the type of calculation Dish TV is having??? Next, I received an SMS “dish tv will be SWITCHED OFF if not recharged BEFORE 16/09” it’s quite sad that Dish TV talk to your customers like this. It looks like kind of threatening. IS THIS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE?????? I feel really ashamed of having any relation with such a service provider. It’s just that I don’t have enough time to get another connection that I recharged my Dish TV VC this time. I was seriously considering for going some other service providers. I was informed earlier that Dish TV charge the customer some `20 for not recharging on time. I don’t know what makes Dish TV think that Dish TV can fine us for not recharging. This is something which is completely on our interest and Dish TV can’t force us to do it. It is pathetic to see that Dish TV is making money like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
