Afetr this they deducted Rs.20 as late payment, but i have paid on 20 sept and recharge date was 22 sept , but they receive after 3 days they says that transaction of money via net banking take 24 to 48 hrs but ihave sent them before 72 hrs .
I requested to return this money but they refuse very rudly.

Dish TV has proved to be the worst service provider. Though I have recharged for this month. Next month on I wont be paying a single rupee. Also, I won't be returning the set top box to you until you refund me my money which you have taken for setup 2000 rs. Seems you guys are fools who think others are fool like you. This has been a trauma to attend your customer care executives, you hear me right. I had been attending them rather than they doing it. They are so much filled with ego and burst out like a baloon.

I'm switching to local cable tv which just costs 200 rs with no hassles for late fee or any issue with money if payment is late somehow.

Dish TV sucks like its name suggest, "Customers are Dish and watching TV makes them tastier to eat away. So loot lo..."

Contact me and resolve this issue with what you call late fee. I recharged for 579 for a month and now they just show it up to be valid for 20 days only.

Even if you deduct 25 rupees, how is it going to be 579/30 = 19 rs. For 10 days it is 19*10 = 190 rs . Who the hell allowed you to deduct 190 rs in name of 25 rs.

DishTV sucks.

Would neither recommend nor allow someone from my society to opt in for dishtv.
i agree towards this complaint. even i tried to reach your help line toll free number but i din't got access to all number. kindly look into this complaint as soon as possible. hope sooner action wil be taken

DishTV — no music channel working

respected sir,
we the user of dish tv dont get any of music channel working except mtv despite of our repeated trying to your help number we dont get access. we dont get relay of any music channel fgrom so many days n so help line number's acess.
hope you wil look into our complaint and solve it as soon as possible.

Dish TV — Subscription refund

I had paid the renewal premium for my dishtv subscription under the maxi package. However, due to the loss of alignment I was unable to view the channels totally. Despite repeated reminders - telephonically, mails and through letters, my problem has till date not been resolved (more than 7 months have elapsed!). Finally in frustration, I have now switched to another service provider. I am seeking refund of my entire renewal premium as also the deposit money paid at the time of joining. For the mental trauma and the running around that I have done, I am entitled to be compensated by way of damages for the "deficiency in services".

Request you to please take up my complaint and have it resolved.

Dish TV — No value for money

Sir,
I have the following complaints regarding Dish TV.
1. Whichever channel I select, there are prolonged advertisements.
2. Every few seconds, the TV channel newsreaders want to take a "break."
3. Many channels demand extra payment under the excuse of "movie on demand" whereas merely subscribing to Dish TV means that they should show us the movies that we are subscribing to Dish TV for. Why should we pay extra beyond the subscription? This is illegal.
4. Rarely are good movies shown. The movies shown are lack-lustre and the advertisements are noisy, loud and idiotic.
5. Hardly any English or Hindi music channels are being shown these days and whatever songs are shown are of rap music in which the song is "talked" instead of being sung.
6. It appears that all channels are being intentionally made lack lustre even though there are countless good English and Hindi movies and songs that can be shown but are intentionally not shown.
7. In the channel 9Xm, which is off the air now like B4U, half the screen is shown with dancing apes or chimpanzees or 3-eyed monsters, and the good song cannot be enjoyed because of this unnecessary interference.
8. Whenever we try to see a good channel, a toll-free phone no is shown demanding extra money even though we are legitimate subscribers.
9. Today, many channels previously shown by Dish TV are off the air, but our subscription is never reduced because of this.
10. Even after continuously surfing for half an hour on various channels of Dish TV, hardly any good entertainment can be found except that we are bombarded with advertisements regarding shampoos, soaps, hair oils, skin creams, food products, domestic items, cars, motorbikes, etc.
I doubt that I will renew my subscription. Internet on broadband is more entertaining or it is better to buy a good English or Hindi movie DVD and enjoy it rather than get tortured by Dish TV.

I want it to ask one simple question to Mr. Jawahar Goel - MD, Dishtv India Limited, former president of Indian Broadcating Foundation. Who given you the permission to charge 25rs late charges. am using DISH TV that is my biggest fault ever in my entire carrier. If am not able to watch my TV for 15 Days if am on Holidays so i have to switch off my TV then. why the hell it the charges has been taken for. i really dont understand. Do you think how many users are there ? they are using your services if some of them are not able to watch TV or if some of them is not able to recharge on time so you guys would have charge them. which is totally wrong. why should we pay for you. What is this late payment. one girl had called me name Radhika, She was telling me that is late payment charges . Why the bloody i pay for it even i didnt use it. and again when i ask her if i want to cancel my DISH TV set top box and i want to return it back so that lady say you can return it any time but we will not able to return your amount, again i feel like a Donkey why the hell i have brought this stupid SET TOP BOX . Now regarding to this mail i have to receive proper feedback other wise i will put a complaint against DISH TV.
