[Resolved]  Dish TV Platinum Connection — IRREGULAR OF CHANNEL

My VC no. for Platinum pack dish-tv connection is [protected] & my mobile no. is [protected].

One channel "TEN SPORTS" is not coming in my above platinum pack connection, whereas the same channel is including in Platinum pack. Now India vs West Indies match is going on. But I can not avail the same channel in my connection, even I regularly dposit my dues.

So I am requesting you, please look into this matter & solve my problem, so that I can avail the match.

DishTV — Irregularity!!

Being a platinium subscriber for last 3 years I found that some of my channels are disabled from my package for no good reason. When i ask them they said they come as an "Ala Carte' which i needs to buy it seperately. To drop the Ala Carte that you have bought during your last subscription, you need to call up the call center and inform them. Yes i did that... But DishTV is doing a perfect cheating here by not dropping the Ala Carte immediately inspite of the fact that you dont want it in your new subscription. As you all know that you have to renew your subscription and then talk about any kind of acitivation or decactivation to them. They are taking this as an advantage and making up this which could not be easily noticed by the viewers. I was surprised to see the 'ala carte' channels are getting aired inspite of my request message to drop them. This i have done after i had gone through the experience of getting billed unnecessarily for the ala carte during my last subscription. This time it is with their advice that i should call on the day of subscription renewal.

I made my payment at 6 p.m and found that the channels are not de-activated till 11 p.m .. The setup box was switched on continously as per their advice to deactivate those channels. I again called them back and asked why they have not deactivated it?.. An apology issued to me.. Next day i found that channels are not deactivated. I called them in the evening and asked about my request yesterday.. An apology issued to me.. But this time the call center has told me that there is no call records exist for 11 p.m other than my 6 p.m call.. I went on a rage and finally they put me to someone who said that it will be deactivated immediately but i will be billed for the day. Atrocious!!.. You need to be watch dog for not getting billed and keep calling them until they deactivate your channels.. And the worst thing is that when they finally dropped those channels some channels ( Channel 912), which were disabled right from the beginning came back suddenly and i now they are saying that they are a part of my platinum subscription.. However i lost another channel 921 which that has no explanation till today.. At the end of the day, you would not informed for anything u view or u lost in btw and u hv to keep paying for this????

Do anyone have a solution to all these happenings?. Who monitors it from the governement side?..
