[Resolved]  Dish TV — not registering under pick by channel even after charging with the said amount rs200/-

This is to inform you that i have mailed around 12 times and called several times for my plan change from platinum to pick by channel. Dish Tv representatives told me that you have to make you dish tv status active by recharging with Rs.200/- atleast and then u will get a call from our marketing team within 24 hrs . I recharged with the said amount on 15/5/2011, but no call has came to me from dish tv till date for conversion to pick by channel . This company is completely harrasing its old customers. I don't wan't to view all channels and i wan't to view the channels of my choice. If dishtv is displaying the facility of pick by channel on their site then they should react in stipulated time told, otherwise it is as good as harrasing the customer . This is to bring to your kind notice that no call has come to me yet from your side as per my request dated 8-5-2011 for pick by channel. My subscription has expired and now i am not able to view any channels. Please tell when will u call me and till what time i have to wait to view channels as per my choice. Kindlly tell me by what amount i have to recharge.

This is the third time I am reminding that no call has come to me from your side. I am not able to view any channels as my subscription has expired. This is not at all appropriate service as you are having bulk of customers and you people are taking customers for granted. Yesterday Ms Divya Dua called me up and told that you will get call from pick by channel team by today. No call has come to me yet. You people can't harras customers like this. This will not put good impact on your image as you people are falling short of committment. Your Customer base can soon take deep leap downwards, if you continue to harras customers like this. Kindly give me the mail id of your higher authority as wellarge.

This is to inform you that i have already recharged with rs.200/- yesterday and then put my request on pick by channel. Selected my channels as told by your representative mr santosh. Your system was not letting me rechage below rs 200/-. No call has come to me from your marketing team. You have sent me message that recharge is successful any your expiry date is 28/5/2011. What is this . Is your representative gonna call me after 28th may , So that i have to recharge again with same amount and you will again subscribe me for platinum pack. This is totally ridiculous behaviour on your part. You keep on harrasing the customer again and again. Why i should view all the channels when i had already put my request on pick by channel and u people can't take me for granted like this again and again. I wan't to complain against all your representatives Ms divya dua, mr santosh etc who are making fool of me again and again. Please mail me the mail id o[censored]r higher authorties as soon as possible.
