[Resolved]  Dish TV — Refund of Excess Amount Charged

I have paid an amount of Rs. 1980/- through my HDFC Credit card for the booking of two dish TV connections, but Dish TV has booked and provide my only one connection. I have filled several complaints by e-mail and telephonic. Every time they request me to wait for one week or send another e-mail. I have made that payment of 10.11.2012 but till today i have not received my refund. Please help me. I have attached all relevant documents. My mobile no. is [protected] and [protected].
