[Resolved] Dish TV — regarding Installation | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I have paid online rs. 990 for dishtv by credit card on[protected] but till date no installation done. I have made so many calls to customer care and several mails to dish tv and their nodal officer on [protected]@dishtv.in but no any reply from them. When i call to customer care every time i have spend near about Rs. 20 for talking with them and every time they said it will done soon no any dead line and no any senior is available on phone. When i asked them to cancel the order they told that they have no any option for cancel the order its mean i am on mercy of dish tv. Please cancel my order as i would go with other dth operator. Dish TV — Regarding Reinstallation
I registered a complaint on friday that I am shifting my house on saturday so I want someone to reinstall my dish tv they said ya sure saturday some one will come, saturday when no one came then I again called them and asked why didnt anyone came, they replied that today they dont have any technichian free so tomorrow sure they will come. Same problem occurs on sunday,they never use to call, allways and allways I only called them and asked for the rectification of problem they allways replies tha twithin 10 min you will get a call from technichian but neve I anly wasting my money on calls & my time. I use to ask can I talk to some higher authority the always make me fool and reply no higher authority is available. four days spent they are making me fool and telling tomorrow sure your problem will be rectified . I paid advance amount of 6 months thats why they are making me fool and wasting my money. Daily I am calling them 6-7 times wasting my money on calls I ahave all the calls recorded as proof that how they are making us fool.
