[Resolved]  Dish TV Satellite Service — Not fulfilling commitments

Dear Sir,
I took Dish TV DTH connection during Diwali 2010.During Diwali period to attract customers they gave a offer known as Cash Back offer. In this offer they were to give @ Rs.15/- to RS.30/- per month recharge voucher for 12 months. Every time to get benefit either SMS them or call to their customer care. My experience with them in this regard is very bad. Every time i had to send at least 4/5 mails to get benefit. In month of May 2011 they gave one offer pay two months subscription & get one month higher pack free for one month. I had paid on 22nd May 2011 for two months & got one months higher free plus Rs.30/-(@Rs15/-PM)credit also. This time I paid I paid same way for two months subscription, they activated higher pack for one month but thy are not giving me credit of Rs.30/-(@RS.15/-PM). This time they are saying that two offers can’t clubbed.
Here I would like to mention that two offers are not being clubbed. Only one offer is taken ie pay for two months subscription & get one month higher free. Where as the other one is not a offer it was a commitment given at the time of giving connection. I took connection only because this commitment was given. If this would not been given I would have not their connection. I could taken some other connection. This shows they have miss leaded the consumers during Diwali offering the scheme.
Secondly if i wish to discontinue their services my money which I have paid towards dish & setup box will go waste as it can’t be used for other service provider’s services & I will have to buy one more dish as well as setup box also. To the best of my knowledge same dish & setup box should be useable for any service provider’s services that of mobile phone.
They are showing rules that two offers can’t be clubbed but they taking responsibility of giving uninterrupted signal. This being monsoon I do not get signal even during little rains. In reply to my complaint they said that they can’t do any thing to it.
Please let me know what should I do? Should I keep tolerating or you will take some action. If you are not in position to take any action against Dish TV I will have take this matter to consumer forum.
