[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge of dishtv of not activated

iam Rajesh from Bangalore i have taken 250rs recharge coupon for the activation the dish tv but it has not been rechargedfrom 36hrs but the customer care has told me that it activated within 15 min to 2hrs

MY VC NO IS [protected] ANd it is a multitv connection.
i want to know that why the star package are deactivated from my child connections.
as i take the platinum package when i purchage this, at the time of purchase the delar told that
platinum package are always activate on all of my set top box.
but from 5 aug 2009 the star channels r stop from my child connection.
i complain many times to custmor care but there r no satisfactory answer
