[Resolved] DishTV — Harassment by dealer/customer Care Executives | |
I have paid the subscription of Rs. 1710/- for next 6 months to the authorised dealer of Dishtv M/s AUDIO VISUAL ENTERTAINMENT AT GURGAON (Haryana) vide cash receipt No. 3852 dated 30.05.2008 but inspite of advance payment, my dishtv had been downgraded from 13.07.08. The company is totally unable to claim the aforesaid amount from the dealer. I am constently reminding to the customer care of the company since 10.06.08 but no action is taken against the dealer who authorised to collect the money from customers on behalf of the company. Kindly convey my grivences to the owner of the company advising him to change the name of customer care to customer harassement centre so that no body can make any call to them. If possible, please give me the Email address of the owner/director of the dishtv so that i may bring to his kind notice the unfair game played with the customers Was this information helpful? | |
