[Resolved] DishTV / Gold Pack — non receipt of free al carte package " Tamil Bonanza" | |
I have a dish tv connection barring VC no:[protected]. I have recharged this vc on 07/10/2009 for a gold package for Rs.500. I was promised by their customer service people that i will get free alcarte package worth of Rs100 for this recharge. Hence i have opted for a alcarte package "Tamil Bonanza" .But the channels pertaining to this al carte package was not received at my end till today (10/10/2009 at 6:00 pm). I have spoken to their customer service several times and also loadged compliants through email.( The comalaint nos are[protected] 3)SRC-09/10/[protected]SRC-10/10/[protected] But no use. till this time i have not received the channels under the said package. even the comapny maintains that it was activated from their end. Also when i spoke last time at 2:55 pm today (10/10/2009) to their customer service Executive Mr.Manikandan, he loadged a complaint no 29951827 and promised me that some senior technical person speak to me within 2 hours (ie on or before 4:55 pm) to resolve the issue. but noboday called me sofar (6:00 pm) and resolve the issue. Also i spoke to one of the team leader on 09/10/2009. He also promised to rectify things within 2 hrs. But all my efforts are in vain, For getting Rs100 Free al carte, i have spend nearly Rs200 on my phone bill in last 2 days. Can any body help me to resove this issue?
