It has been a tough time being a dishtv customer. There has always been some or the other issue with Disttv..the most recent being unable to view HD channels... Would advice everyone not to go for Dishtv at all.. While they say that only in case of heavy rainfalls you will not get any channels, but even if a strong wind blows you loose most of the channels, HD channels are lost within few seconds..
And the only solution the distv executives provides is to call for a technician to solve the problem.. This is a good strategy adopted by Dishtv to fool customers and earn extra money from customers as there are visiting charges to be paid to technicians everytime.. And the technicians purposely don't solve the problem in one go..The strategy is to temporarily solve the problem so that the issue crops up again and again and the technician gets paid again and again
I have been a dishtv customer for last 6 - 7 years and what i have got in return is just poor servicing and recurring issues. Dishtv doesn't value their existing customers and are concerned only acquiring new customers whom they will torture, fool & make out extra money afterwards through non closure and addressal of recurring issues. It has been silly of me not to change the DTH provider... Actually just because to avoid the hassles of taking a new connection of some other DTH provider i have been continuing with this [censored]ed up Dishtv. It has been seriously a pain being a dishtv customer and would urge everyone to change the DTH provider from Dishtv to some other DTH provider to avoid misery, agony and pain Was this information helpful? |
Dish TV — Unable to get most of the channels
I HAVE OPTED FOR A PLATINIUM PLAN FOR THE DISH TV BUT I AM UNABLE TO GET THE OFFERED CHANNELS INSPITE OF THE SEVERAL COMPLAINS, IF I DO NOT GET MY COMPLAIN REDRESSED THEN I WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONSUMER COURT.
