I, Lt Col Sourav Sinha presently posted at Bari Brahmna, Jammu, have a dishtv connection at my residence wherein there are two TVs connected from one dishtv antenna as mother & child connections. On Sep 2, I had lodged a request through the Dishtv tollfree number[protected] to upgrade the mother TV connection to HD(High Definition).They confirmed and immediately debited Rs. 1799/- from my dishtv account. Next day when the dishtv technician came to my residence he said the upgradation of the mother connection was not possible as there was a dual connection from the antenna.
I immediately called dishtv number and told them that the upgradation was not possible because of dual connection from the antenna and so the debited amount to be reverted to my dishtvacount. Subsequently I even received calls from Dishtv executives at my registered mobile no. [protected] confirming that the debited amount shall be reverted to my account ,,but no action has been taken by them till now. Was this information helpful? |
