[Resolved]  DishTV — Unethical Practice of Dish TV

Hi, I became a new customer of the Dish TV family on Aug 16, 2013 and my VC is [protected]. I had purchased "DTH Super Platinum" package under your "life time offer" by paying a sum of Rs 13,690/-. My mistake was that I didn't checked the full list of channel coverage and availability. Now after installation to my dismay I am discovering that there are quite a few channels that my parents used to watch (AAj tak Tez, Darshan 24, Food-Food, Mh1-Shraddha, Delhi Aaj Tak, Dabangg and Total TV ) which are not available in the DishTv platform. We used to watch these regularly I can't even buy these by A-La-Carte option. In not even in my wildest dreams had I thought that in dishtv, these basic channels would not be available and now I would like to cancel my subscription and demand full refund of my entire amount to be paid back to me as I don't have any option left. On taking up the matter with the customer care and their so called write to CEO column on their website (Request No : 32044) I got the response that their is no cancellation and refund possible. 2 channels which are supposed to be available to me Zee khana khazana are also not available to me as I am getting the message you are not subscribed to them. (picture attached) This is a malpractice from DishTV and against customer rights as they are not providing what they are showcasing on their website. http://www.dishtv.in/super-platinum.aspx I am feeling cheated as I would be tied to this connection for a period of 5 yrs which is a big time span. Just today I recharged my dish tv with 280.00 super gold pack and after that I got two sms.

First Msg:
First one stating that "Post recharge of Rs. 280.00 MOD non stop
has bee activated on CH. 254 for 27 days. Rs. 21.00 processing fee was
levied. Your recharge date is shifted to 21.06.2014"

Why the hell is that??? Explain in detail why I am supposed to pay this???

Second msg: New channels Max2 and Discovery kids are added to your pack wef 1 June 2-14. Price of your
pack will be revised to 300.00 from next recharge.

Who told you to add these two channels and revise my pack price without my consent????? I don't want those channels so delete those and keep the pack price at 280.00. Comply immediately!!!

Further, today I received an invoice which says that my pack price is now 320.00..

I have sent an email regarding these matters on 28 May 2014. Till date I haven't received any reply. Can anyone help?
