[Resolved]  DLF India — UNFAIR CHARGES

We live overseas and purchased an upscale flat through DLF in Gurgaon. DLF has this nasty habit of sending letters requesting payment through registered post even when we request that they let us know ahead of time through e-mail so we can necessary arrangements for transfer of funds to India and for timely payment. If there is a delay and you call to explain, they don't answer the phone and don't answer e-mails either. Instead they pretend to not have received your communication and keep posting recurring late payment charges to your account even after the payment has been made. I will never recommend that any one purchase property through DLF. They have the worst customer service,

I have a flat there and same issue .. more over DLF has few more problems .

Let me just first share with you my past experience with DLF .. most
>of the project I have booked with DLF were purchased at the higher
