DLF Maintenance Services has not been able to provide any help whatsoever on customer complaints related to trash removal and sanitation from residential areas.

There are some good reasons.

I am writing to urgently address the recent theft incident at Plot B9/3 and the subsequent demand for compensation.

Despite our repeated alerts and discussions during prior meetings regarding the security vulnerabilities plaguing our block, it is disheartening to note that no concrete action has been taken by DLF to address these concerns. The lack of proactive measures has directly led to the theft of electric wiring at Plot B9/3.

I want to emphasize the urgency of this matter. We demand immediate compensation for the damages incurred. DLF must either rectify the situation by replacing the stolen wiring or provide adequate compensation without further delay.

It is imperative to understand that the security lapses within our community, particularly the open areas lacking surveillance cameras and fencing, exacerbate the risk of criminal activities. I will address this matter separately to ensure comprehensive security measures are implemented moving forward.

However, the primary focus of this communication is to prompt action on the compensation issue. DLF's failure to address this promptly will not only reflect poorly on its reputation but also jeopardize the safety and trust of the residents.

I expect a prompt response detailing the course of action DLF intends to take to address the compensation demand.

It’s unfortunate to complaint here because dlf phase 3 personnel are unable to resolve the issue of stagnant water on u-25 road and we are paying maintenance....

I am a resident of 4311 dlf phase 4 and I am deeply inconvenienced by the condition of the road in my lane as it has multiple pot holes and is not smooth causing water logging and mosquito breeding throughout the lane.

Also the sewage in the lane has never been made properly resulting in water logging and unsanitary conditions.

I request you to look into it as we are deeply inconvenienced by it.br...

In the month of October last year (2023), for a potential booking in DLF Garden City Enclave Sec-93, Gurgaon, I had made a payment of INR 1.5 lacs through online medium to DLF Limited (A/c #[protected] // IFSC Code: ICIC0000007), however, the deal didn't go through, and I was expecting the refund of the deposited amount within 45 days as per RERA guidelines which hasn't happened until now.

I have been trying to reach out to their customer support teams both on phone as well as on email from last couple of months with no success.

I never anticipated this kind of response and indifferent attitude from a professional company like DLF.

Dheeraj Chawla, Managing Partner, PropSeller India Pvt. Ltd., was managing this transaction as a real estate agent. Even he and his team of so called real estate professionals are not responding to calls. Just an advise, one should avoid these folks for any kind of property consultancy or transaction.

We have purchased one unit No.WLD084 in Project “DLF Woodland Heights” project at Rajapura Village, Jigani Hobli, Anekal Taluka Bangalore in Sep-2014.
Now Builder is solving our issue to give possession....

Despite repeated follow up there is no update on the mutation.

On repeated follow up, DLF carried out a physical verification at this residential complex & agreed to rectify the drawing & issue a supplementary registration of the parking at tge cost of DLF. This was communicated to me on 04 June, 2023 by DLF customer service executive, Ria Das whose contact detail is below. After that she has stopped responding & I am really helpless how to get this issue sorted.

I was coming to office and park vehicle in office parking. Later after returning I found vehicle impound by DLF private security and Issued Challan of Rs 200. I was new to Company and scotty was just half meter away from yellow line also there is no sing board about penalty. Its something like DLF cheating with people.

There is a completely dry tall tree in front of House No. 7707, DLF phase 4, Gurugram. This tree is a hazard for residents especially in the rainy and stormy season. The completely dry branches are spread out and very close to the balconies which is also a hazard. This tree needs to be removed.

No water supply from past 2 weeks in U block...pls understand the criticality nd resolve asap

I am an NRI and purchased a 3 BHK flat in DLF NTH 86, Gurgaon. I have paid up and have been chasing to get the allotment of additional parking that DLF was selling for the last 4 months now. DLF employees have been giving me different reasons and timelines for the allotment letter and finally pass on the buck to someone else. They have the final payment for more than a month now. What worst is no one responds to your emails/ calls. It’s absolutely irritating as a buyer to keep chasing with no responses and employees behaving as if you are at their mercy. Unprofessional and callous outlook.

The sales executive Mr. Deepak Chauhan had promised a gold voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh at the time of closing property purchase deal.
1 year has passed and there is still no updated from DLF marketing team.
Now they have even stopped replying to follow up mails from customer’s end.
Escalation was done to senior members also (Mr. Amit Kaicker ) but he is also not responding.

I have just sifted to DLF Phase 3 u block street no 7.. the road condition of this street is really very very pathetic & worse & seeing the rainy season is coming - it would be going to be more worse . I would Request kindly take immediate action & get this repaired immediately.
