We are one of the oldest residents of DLF Phase III.

DLF Maintenance Services has not been able to provide any help whatsoever on customer complaints related to trash removal and sanitation from residential areas.

There are some good reasons.
1. DLF is using crude methods for removing trash or cleaning the areas - with BROOMS, carts to manually collect trash from the streets,...

Bought 4 flats in D3/1 BLOCK in DLF Garden City Sector 93 Gurugram.
We came to see the flat after speaking with the RM Mr Aman.He didn't bother to ensure whether the contact person, he has mentioned was on duty or not. I am a resident of 4311 dlf phase 4 and I am deeply inconvenienced by the condition of the road in my lane as it has multiple pot holes and is not smooth causing water logging and mosquito breeding throughout the lane.

Also the sewage in the lane has never been made properly resulting in water logging and unsanitary conditions.

Hi I have booked Dlf alameda Gurugram .plot NA 1 D with booking amount of inr 10 lakhs ..
I am not satisfied with the information shared at the time of booking and provided in the contract, also the way sales team communicate is complete breach of trust and transparency

We Would like to Inform that We are resident of V30/11, DLF Phase III since Nov 2005. And Paying Maintenance charges to DLF Estate Management Regularly. Till 2010 We have Never Faced any Drainage Problem in Monsoons. But since 2011 During Monsoons. Our Road is Completed Flooded and since 2012 Water use to start Entering Our House around 1 ft and 5 ft Outside the House.

I am the resident of House No. H-12/9 (H-Block) DLF Phase-1 Gurgaon Haryana 122002. Adjacent to my house/plot, there is end point of the boundary of DLF area. However, there is no boundary wall or any other barricading to stop the illegal trespassing over that area. Due to this, various problems are being faced by us and other neighbourhood residents. Facing seepage issue in My flat no M003 from handover time onwards. That time also complaint registered for the same. After Some temporary repair work you people hide the seepage and handover done. No permanent solution has been taken to solve the issue. Resulting again and again I am facing seepage in my flat. Moreover condition of building is also becoming worst.

In dlf phase three the park behind lane-46 is being missuses by local people, they are freely parking their cars, bikes and people living beside the park are dumping there waste material in the park side without any restriction.

Please help and make all of this stop as this is not good for park, environment, and for the people living here.

DLF is a big cheater in real estate. DLF Garden city venture in chennai has been launched in Dec' 2006 and the Advance booking amount has been collected from the people booked in Jan' 2007, but till date the progress at site is almost zero.

Further, till date, DLF has not got the floor plan approvals, and people who are willing to with draw from the project are being told that the entire booking amount will be forfieted,...

I am writing to urgently address the recent theft incident at Plot B9/3 and the subsequent demand for compensation.

Despite our repeated alerts and discussions during prior meetings regarding the security vulnerabilities plaguing our block, it is disheartening to note that no concrete action has been taken by DLF to address these concerns. The lack of proactive measures has directly led to the theft of electric wiring at Plot B9/3.

I want to emphasize the urgency of this matter. We demand immediate compensation for the damages incurred. DLF must either rectify the situation by replacing the stolen wiring or provide adequate compensation without further delay.

It is imperative to understand that the security lapses within our community, particularly the open areas lacking surveillance cameras and fencing, exacerbate the risk of criminal activities. I will address this matter separately to ensure comprehensive security measures are implemented moving forward.

However, the primary focus of this communication is to prompt action on the compensation issue. DLF's failure to address this promptly will not only reflect poorly on its reputation but also jeopardize the safety and trust of the residents.

I expect a prompt response detailing the course of action DLF intends to take to address the compensation demand.

It’s unfortunate to complaint here because dlf phase 3 personnel are unable to resolve the issue of stagnant water on u-25 road and we are paying maintenance.
