DLF Promenade Mall — THEFT

THIS WAS THE MAIL SENT TO DLF PROMENADE MALL, AND THER HAS BEEN NO ACTION SINCE

Sub: Theft during office hours in DLF Promenade Parking.

Respected Sir,

I "Sunny James" own a Yamaha FZ 16 ( AN 01 E 3976 ) which was parked in DLF Promenade Parking at 10:36 am on 21st nov 2011. When I returned from my work, found my bike was missing rear wheel with some braking components also. I reported this matter to the DLF Promenade Control Room but as it was late there was no senior person available therefore the next day the video suvielance was checked.The entire theft was done during the presence of the security staff present on the scene.

However they did promised me to sort out the entire situation, but there has been no action since 22nd november 2011. I have been facing inconvinience in my entire schedule, mainly official things that has to be carried out. They have made me helpless and i am faced to incurr travel expense per day i.e Rs 200 since the theft.

Your team has been so insensitive for this issue and i really feel terrible that i have parked my vehicle in your mall, it would have been safer if my vehicle was parked on the roadside.

My last option will be to approach Delhi Police and legal authorities for further action against the security services. I believe the security guards were hand- in -glove with the thief otherwise this kind of incident wouldn't have occurred in your prestigious mall.

I request you to take immediate action and re-imburse me the cost of my damage i.e Rs.8000 + (Rs.200 for each day that has been delayed in making your decision for my daily travelling expense till the claim date)
