Dna News Paper — Receiving SMS on Mobile from DNA

Hi

I am getting SMS aleart on my cell no ([protected]) from DM-DNA-News Bulk SMS.

I never enrolled for this service and in-spite of my DND service activated its continued. Also there is no contact details given anywhere where I can contact and discontinue anywhere. This is really disgusting and disturbing.
Can any one help me stopping this service or taking them to consumer court for disturbing my privacy?

DNA News Paper — SMS

DNA news paper is sending me unnecessary sms. i have already registered for DND with TRAI but I don't know why TRAI is not taking any action. Please take some action. Stop this nonsence of DNA news paper. Because of these sms , my inbox gets full at the earliest n i could not recieve my important sms.

Even I have registered myself to DND and received DNAnews sms.
Earlier i thought it was promotional sms from DNA but now it is irritating. i want to unsubscribe.
