I have paid annual subscription of rs. 699/- vide cheque no. 14976 which was collected from your representative from my residence and the same has been realised on 08.09.2017. I was suppose to get the coupen voucher for the same. To may utter surprise, i have not received the same till date even after lapse of 7 months. Further, inspite of follow-up with the navi mumbai office, there is no response from your end. Inspite of making the payment in advance and lapse of 7 months, i am not in a position to get the newspater against the said subscription.
You are requested to please arrange to delivery the coupen vouchers or refund the amount with interest.
