Dear Sir CHEATED BY DNA newspaper My subscription Form No. is 1502900 dated 20th July 2010. Till date I have not received booklet not newspaper is started at my home. I spent healthy amount of money in phone for complaining. But all in vain. I request you to look into matter and help. I have subscribed for DNA news paper. My FORM no.1606011 is dated from 01.11.2010. But your executive of Depot-C70 Koperkhairane is demanding full year coupons before start the delevery of News paper.
I said that i will submit the coupon Quarterly but he is not ready for the same.
So finally I made up my mind to complain to you.
Request you to help me in this matter. Otherwise they will continue to cheat like this.

I followed up vigoursly DNA executives but no body gave me proper response or taken any action.
I tried to take up this matter with DNA office but they also did help.
So finally I made up my mind to complain to you.
