[Resolved]  DND — DND Issue

Hello !

Regarding DND service. Which I have been faced lot of service issue from mine service provider ( Vodafone ) . I have activated full DND but still I am getting lot of promotion calls from promotion guys. Even I started register complaints as per TRAI (1909 ),They problem resolved the following useless way and closing ticket. Vodafone says, we issued notice to promoter and wont repeat again , but I am facing lot of problem again and again.

Finally I will come to conclusion of my issue:

A) So far warning details are not shared to me.

B) Not able to check all mine register complaints and action list from service provider.

C) What is the limit of complaints ? So that more the limit ? What is the pain or charges against my service provider?

D) How can make compliant about my service provide about response and solution about my complaints ?


TRAI should come out from strong action plan against service provider's , so that promoters will stop automatically.
