In Dec'12 billing cycle, within 25 days I received a SMS from Docomo saying that my credit limit Rs. 5600 is crossing and asking me to pay the amount. I didn't pay that and tried not to use the device for rest of the period as I thought there is something wrong with the way they caculate my data usage. I called customer care to know the details, they said I can see the details only in the next month bill. I got the bill. By then my due has crossed Rs. 9000! The bill detail says I consumed 17 GB!!!

I am not hardcore internet surfer and don't download/upload anything heavy. My primary use is office mails. In many years of my internet usage with different service providers, I have never crossed few GB in size. I strongly believe there is some mess up with their device at my home or the way they calculate usage.
Everyday it shows that I consumed 700MB, 800 MB, 900MB in morning, evening and night. I had been calling customer care and sending lot of mails to Nodal (nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com) and appellate (appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). I didn't receive proper response. My connection was deactivated due to credit limi exceed and I am not able to use or disconnect the connection. Nodal never respond and appellate has responsed only once after several mails. This is how their customer care is from day one.
First of all, they should have informed me when the limit crossed my tarrif plan 10GB, NOT when credit limit is exceeded. Rs. 5600 is not the credit limit they ever informed me and I never agreed for any such credit limit. If I know this is how it works, I would have preferred to set my credit limit as my monthly plan 1450.
Why do I need to pay 9500 rupees for an unjustified bill for a simple home use of internet? Can Dococmo provide VERY detailed report of what data was consumed on every day and prove me their usage report is valid? I need nodal person from Docomo to talk to me and look at this issue.

10 GB data package — Didn't received the data usage details
Hi,I've subscribed and activated 10GB data package on 8/3/2012 at 09:35. On 08th,9th and 10th I've received the data usage details. after that today I;ve received a message which shows the remaining data bal is 334 MB only. I'm surprised because I belive hardly I've used 1.5 or 2 GB only. I've called idea customer care. they have not given me any details of the data usage.
I'm requesting you to provide me the data usage details of my data card number[protected].
