guys, you better concentrate on single domain and join in other training centres. IT's damn cheap. May be less than Rs10k u can do AIX course(better teaching than Doli)

Anonymous- Consultancy Networks — Cheating the freshers - Regarding Employment

In Tamilnadu many of the Students passing out from colleges are cheated by Some of the Consultancy by giving information like Job Opening and asking to come for interview. After reaching there, students are asked to Pay higher amount of money as security deposit and training charges.

If those peoples are really true, at the time of making a phone call itself they should mention about all these types of terms & conditions.

Students mind should not get spoiled, Many students mind got upset and finallly its leads to various results. Severe action too be taken n those consultancy network peploes.

Hope the Tamil nadu state goverment will take action and find solution for all these types of activities.

I am from Suresh Working in IBM .Recently IBM has announced Doli System in Blacklist and going to sack around 500 resources who trained from Dolli Systems.So hereafter dont come to IBM through through Dolli .This is for your kind info

Hi guys don't thrust DOLI SYTEM in chennai . Even they push to atten BPO Jobs.

No 1 fraude Training center. Its not a company.

Guys don’t thrust Doli system Chennai. Its no.1 fraud training center in Chennai. Don’t thrust any one from doli. They will speak like IBM owners. Don’t waste your money. Before join doli check with previous 2 to 3 batch students. They have very nice experience with doli. While joining i[censored] told I don’t know ABCD then they said doesn’t worry we will place you in IBM, Mphasis...Etc.

• Recently IBM circulated one notice to all MNC regarding add “DOLI AS BLACK LIST TRAINING CENTER”. I[censored] has doubt means double check with IBM employees. U go to waste around 1.5 lac so better check.

• The company name mentioned in their website like business partners, Supporting clients are not even have 1 paisa relationship with Doli.

• 95 % they sell students as contractors. And salary also around 10000 only. Job also like BPO. Salary also not credit to your account regularly.



I[censored] joined Doli then your Daily activities below,

1st month
• They ask u come to class regularly. But no staff will come and take class. Mean time accountant regularly tortured you remaining fees.
• They wait for more people to fill batch

2nd month
• May be networking and communication class will start.

3rd Month
• No one came to class u will move to 3rd floor it’s like waste area. I[censored] asks any thing to Management person they replied “GET OUT OF DOLI” because u paid all fee.
4th Month
• U again started searching job outside.

They tell 6 months training then 100% placement. But nothing will happen. Thrust my words and enquire hardly definitely u won’t join doli.

Coming to DOLI,

Did u have any relationship with MICROSOFT, IBM and other company which u mentioned in website? If yes means furnish details like what type of business u has with them in. Don’t escape telling like we are using MSOFFICE, Windows DOS. Be ready to escape if any company audits your website they will kick you.

Whatever mentioned above are true... Pls don't Doli for training or for Job... They will not give placement.. If buy chance you place they will pay you salary every month. they pay salary 2 months once...

I too got a call from fathima and vanathi(doli systems) and fathima told me that there's a opening for system administration and database management but she didn't mention anything about the training over the phone.I just went there to check their reality and all the negative comments are true, true, true...Once i went there, they asked me to take a test which a 5th std kid can attend after that a man with bald head started brain washing, I think he's prabath...Prabath and all the others who support doli systems tell me, Is doli a registered company with NASSCOM.If so, get me the registration id..

They will tell that they have partnered with IBM, which is a joke..People those who are planning to visit DOLI systems, think for a moment..If IBM want someone for system administration or database management, they can manage on their own.They don't need third party services..Not only IBM all other MNC's will have their own training facilities to train once u get selected..If doli wants to help and train job seekers for a reasonable cost, we can appreciate them..But 1, 35, 000 tooooo much to train an individual...


I think IBM is not that stupid to partner with doli or loli systems..Job seekers should get an idea once they see the name doli(poli)..
