[Resolved] Domino's Pizza — Customer Service

I am Customer from Kolkata - 700055 facing problem at Dominos at Lake Town (Bangur Avenue) Branch.

Customer Care are forcing me to order online whereas the same cannot be ordered instead of repeatative attempts Whereas i tried ordering online same at other branches (screenshots attached) was successful.
When talked with Customer care they say they have a technical problem from their end but have received many orders online today itself.
I have a coupon which is expiring today on 27/04/2012 but i am unable to use such a coupon and they are helpless in providing me with a alternative also for a fault of them.

They have several numbers (8) registered at the same branch[protected]/[protected]/ 40676076/ 77 but none was able to take a call from 9:00 PM to 10:20 PM. I have also tried calling a hotline numbers which connected me to same store but was vain because no one was picking up the call.

i have ordered 2 pizzas today with order no.77 and i m glad to receive it within 20min with excellent service of Mr.J.Satish team member of miyapur dominos.

Customer service of dominos is getting pathetic day by day as there service gaurantee fails all the time with my last 5 experiences as pizza quality is also getting pathetic as the employees and manager of rohini sec3 delhi just dont care wether the customer is happy or getting upset they just dont even bother and can even say directly that you can return the order. Now have decided not to order anything from there n will suggest others also n will complaint more about it whereva i can.
