I placed an order worth ₹1500 from Domino’s (Dwarka, Delhi) — Order No. 144 — and received terrible quality food, especially the so-called bumper pizza, which was cold, badly made, and far from what was promised.

The worst part? When I called Domino’s customer care, the representative was shockingly rude. I politely asked him to wait while I checked my app for the order number, but he kept interrupting me and spoke in a harsh tone. When I questioned why he was being rude, he offered no apology or explanation. Is this the customer experience Domino’s is proud of?

To make matters worse, your team is now claiming that a link was sent and that you have tried reaching me multiple times. Let me make it very clear: no one from your team has contacted me again, and no link has been received. This is blatant dishonesty, and I will not tolerate false narratives being pushed to cover up poor service.

I am writing this mail with immense disappointment regarding my recent order from Domino's, and I expect immediate attention and resolution to this issue.

We had placed an order for two pizzas, adding extra toppings and cheese, which we paid for separately. However, what we received was not just unacceptable — it was downright careless. None of the additional toppings or extra cheese that we explicitly selected and paid for were present on either of the pizzas.in fact, even the basic level of toppings and seasoning seemed grossly inadequate. It looked as if the pizzas were put together in a rush with no concern for quality, accuracy, or customer satisfaction.

This is not just a minor inconvenience — this is a breach of trust and a poor reflection of your service standards. As a loyal Domino’s customer, I expect a certain level of consistency and respect for customer requests, especially when it involves additional payment. But this experience has left us extremely dissatisfied and questioning whether Domino’s still values its customers at all.

We did not receive what we paid for, and such negligence is unacceptable.

We demand the following:

1. An immediate investigation into this order and a formal apology.

2. A refund or replacement for the missing toppings and cheese.

3. Assurance that such incidents will be taken seriously and not repeated in the future.

I also request that a customer complaint ticket be raised officially and shared with me. If needed, I can provide photographs of the pizzas received.

We sincerely hope you will take this issue seriously and respond at the earliest. Otherwise, we will have no choice but to escalate this through consumer forums and social media.

    Charges debited twice for single order, no customer support

    I tried to order pizzas of rs.217 from the Domino app on 18th May 817;54 PM. I used the Paytm app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app, it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that I redirected to do payment page again and I enter my password, so amount debited twice for single order.

    Complaint against dominos dwarka wrong order, poor service, and unsatisfactory refund

    We placed an order via the Domino’s app (Order No. 15, Phone: [protected]). Despite app updates saying the order was ready, we didn’t receive it three times. When we finally got it, it was the wrong item (Paneer Pizza instead of Mexican Green Wave). At the outlet, staff were confused, claimed they weren’t accepting orders or payments, and later said our order still wasn’t ready.

    I placed an order with Domino’s, and the delivery was more than 1 hour late. As per their 30-minute delivery guarantee, I was eligible for compensation. I raised a complaint and even received a call from their support team saying the refund would be credited to my Domino’s wallet.

    However, it has been more than 4 days now, and I haven’t received any refund. I have emailed Domino’s customer support ([protected]@jublfood.com) and also messaged their Instagram handle @dominos_india, but no response from either.

    This is extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service. I request the concerned authorities to take strict action and ensure that Domino’s fulfills their promise and processes my wallet refund immediately.

      Complaint Regarding Misbehavior and Unprofessional Delivery Experience
      Dear Domino's Customer Support Team,
      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience with my recent order from Domino's India.
      Order Details:
      Order ID: 428 at Wardha Location situated in Maharashtra
      Date & Time:[protected] @ 22.53 Pm
      Delivery Address: In front of shani mandir kachi line wardha-442001
      When my order was out for delivery, I was shocked to find that both the delivery partner and the manager changed the delivery location without my consent, solely for their convenience. This not only caused unnecessary confusion but also created an inconvenience as I had made specific arrangements to receive the delivery at the provided address With in 30 Minute.
      Moreover, the behavior displayed by the delivery partner and the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they failed to address my concerns properly. even when i was talk to store manager on...are arrived ? its is right ?
      2. if i was try to contact the manager but when i was talk with them thay said to me that i cant do anything because i reject the delivery ? its is like blackmail to customer ? is this your policy to treat like this ?
      3 even store manager and delivery partner misbehave with me i also share the contact details of the said delivery partner too (+91 [protected])
      in this mail i share the screen shot of the order details along with the location of the delivery and status that thay arrive to my location to escape the compliance of 30 min delivery
      i also share the photo of delivery partner who make nonsense talk with me,
      I expect a prompt investigation into this matter. Kindly ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future, and appropriate action is taken against the staff involved.
      I would appreciate a response regarding the outcome of this complaint.

        The payment is completed from my side of Rs. 347 by UPI app Paytm with transaction id:[protected] but it shows failed on domino's app and even the domino's doesn't give the order id or refund of the amount and the store says they don't know about the order yet.

          Sir/ Madam,

          My concern is regarding the following order done at 11.29 pm on 19.04.2024 with a 30 minutes delivery guarantee.

          Burger Pizza- Classic Veg
          Cheesy Dip
          Classic Stuffed Garlic Bread

          I received the order on the next day i.e. on 20.04.204 at around 12.20 am.
          When enquired from the Store Manager, he started making excuses and refused to compensate.So, I paid the delivery boy for the order.
          When opened, it was all soggy inside and cold Paneer Stuffed Garlic Bread was sent inspite of Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bread, and that too not properly baked and raw. My baby has an allergy with dairy products so I ordered for a Cheese stuffed Garlic Bread. You can imagine how it would had been a heart broken moment for a 4 year old kid at this late night time where I can't even order again. Also, landline number of the Store was put on hold and I cant even make the call for my issue to the Restaurant.

          I Emailed my complaint to guest care dominos on 20th April but again in vain. I again E-mailed the complaint on 24.04.2024 but again no response. I called customer care on 26.04.2024 and they in turn connected me to the Store manager which I had specifically mentioned in my first Email as Store managers do manipulate their customers. Same thing happened and I was told by the Store Manager to call him personally next time I order.
          Again I called customer care and I was assured to had a conversation with one of the Senior Executives but again I was connected with the Store Manager.

          Lastly I again called Customer Care and ask her to get me connected to the Senior Executive Manager. She assured me but again I was connected to the Store Manager.

          I don't know why they are forwarding my call to the Store Manager if he is not able to resolve my complaint.

          I am eligible for 300 E Coupons or Vouchers for breach of 30 minutes delivery guarantee clause as per the company policy.
          Then where is the compensation for cold, soggy, unbaked order and above that wrong order. Who shall be made responsible when my 4 year kid is allergic to dairy products like milk, curd, paneer etc. since his birth.

          That is the only reason I never order Paneer Stuffed Garlic Bread which you can track from my previous orders since years.

          I request to give the best possible compensation alongwith my previous order, either it be in the form of monetary compensation or providing compensatory E- coupons or Vouchers in addition to my previous order.and not constrained to lodge a complaint against the Consumer Redressal Forum, the charges for which, in either case, shall not be less that Rs. 10, 000 along with legal procedure charges.

          I hope for an early and positive resolution from your end.

            Respected sir,
            My name is pandav keyur girishbhai my mo. No is [protected]
            I have ordered dominos pizza but my order does not complete and my money will cut from my amazon pay gift card
            And that amount is 205, and that same process repeted two time som my total amount is 410rs
            As per rule of refund of dominos money will refund in 5-7 days but my money will not get me
            And today is 34 s day but not get refund
            I atteched my transection id and giftcard id that i will process this amount

              I was travelling from Secunderabad to Bhubaneshwar by train no 08846 on 20th March. I had ordered food from Dominos at Viziznagram Jn. and at 10 24 PM I received a call from Dominos saying that my order has been cancelled due to delay in train. ( attaching screenshot of sms sent by Dominos subsequently)

              However, in my IRCTC account it reflects that my order has been delivered at 11:41 PM. I have not received any order and would want my refund.

              I had lodged a complaint with IRCTC on 22nd March but no response till date.

              I have called up Dominos twice and each time they say that they will look into it and revert. But they never revert.

              It's more than 10 days now. Kindly look into it and refund the paid amount.

                Didn't get the refund after failed order confirmation

                I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from the Domino app on 10th February 8 PM. I used the PhonePe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app, it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app, there was no proper customer service available to assist with this issue.

                So I submitted a complaint on this forum...

                On 17.03.2024 I tried ordering Pizza through " Domino's Pizza App" and Made payment with my UPI app amounting to Rs 326/- The amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed .

                Immediately I placed second order by using My Net Banking Payment of amounting to Rs 326/- and then the order got placed and delivered in minutes.

                So, I Made Payment of Rs 326/- towards Domino's Pizza.

                So I Called Domino's Restaurant (Domino's Pizza Nearby Branch) and explained the above issue (Branch CC Mobile No. [protected]).

                Please help me to get refund of Rs 326/- ASAP.

                  I Ordered From Dominos Yesterday As The Order Was Showing Guaranteed Delivery In 20 Mins So I Asked Them For A Refund On Receiving The Order Late First The Outlet Representative Tried To Manipulate Me With The Wrong Terms And Conditions And When I Read Them From The App Properly He Agreed To Give 200 Coins As Per Rules.
                  When I Didn't Receive Anything Till Now So I Wrote A Mail To Dominos To Officially Handle The Case.
                  After That The Same Staff Started Calling Me And Again Manipulating The Rules When He Couldn't Win The Argument With Fake Points He Started Using Bad Language And Also Threatened Me For Not Being Locally From This City (Bangalore).

                      My money through UPI has been deducted but no order has been placed I contacted the customer care and been informed it will take 5-7 days for refund and they neither will place a order for me now I am a trainee in hotel management and currently I put all money for the pizza and now either can I enjoy my meal or have money to place any other place I am very disappointed because it's the second time I am facing this issue with Domino's

                        I made a transaction with Dominos on 9th Feb 2024 where the amount of Rs 1688 got deducted through google pay but the order was not processed by Dominos.

                        I have been constantly talking to customer care for the refund but I am being given a different reason everytime.

                        It has been more than 10 days and I am still waiting for the refund.

                            I tried to order pizzas of rs.449 from dominos app on 10th February 8PM. I used phone pe app for the transaction and money was debited from my account. But at that time order didn't go through. On the app it said, "Something went wrong" and no order was registered. After that on the app there was no proper customer service available to assist this issue. So I raised ticket with phone pe but they are saying it will take 30 for update from the third party. I can not reach out to Dominos through the app because they have a AI based customer service which have only 2-3 pre-programmed set of questions. So I need help for getting the refund as soon as possible. I have attached receipt of the transaction as well for your reference.
