Domino's Pizza India Ltd — issues with Customer orientation

Hi,

I visited Domino's Pizza outlet which is opposite to Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta road today. I must admit it was a memorable bad experience.
I walked in into the Store at 3.05 pm and placed my order at the counter. To begin with, the lady at the counter was very confusing while explaining the order details and ongoing offers. A second person had to walk in to clear the confusion. I felt like I wasted close to about 10 mins explaining what i really want. At the time of payment person at the counter told me that the swiping machine is out of order for last 1 day and they didnt bother to put up a board asking customers to place order with cash. I was made to wait for another 15 mins just to settle the bill and i finally offered them, saying my son is hungry and take the order and give me credit and i will come back and pay the amount. They seemed to have agreed and when i sat at the table, a person walks in and says, you give your credit card and we will take it to other center which is located 3 kms away to swipe and settle the bill.
I got shocked with his demand to ask me my credit card and take it away and i declined on the face saying, if the center has the problem with my order, i can walk out and i dont need the pizza as it was already 35 mins since i walked in into store. Upon hearing this, guy said, its okay you have ur pizza and went back and he returned after 10 mins again saying, you come with our boy to the other center to swipe the card. It was close to 45 mins since i walked in into the store and my 7 yr old son was very hungry and i got frustrated with the unfair demands by the store attendants due to faulty swiping machine.

Either the store has to operate and function with all working gadgets for hassle free transactions for the customer. OR they could have set the right expectation with me by saying, at this point of time they are only accepting cash as the swiping machine is Out of order. What shocked me is they made me wait for close to 45 mins just to settle the bill although i gave them an option saying, if they have problem with my order, i can walk out as i didnt wanted my son to stay hungry any more.

My order number was #27 on 15/2/2013 at Domino Pizza opposite to Meenakshi Mall, BG Road, Bangalore
