I ordered a pizza from Dominoz and the money was debited from my account ,however my order was not placed showing the following message Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc-ce75cc11 dated[protected] amounted 309.75. . Once again i tried placing the order online but same result as before and same error message popped up. Oops! We were unable to place your order to the kitchen due to some technical reason. If you chose not to try again, or we are not able to place it in the next attempt, your payment will be refunded to your account/card within 7 working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your transaction number is dc-d2dcc09e dated[protected] amounted 309.75. I called the branch and they assured me not to worry and that the debited amount will be refunded within one week. Till now i have not gotten my money back, i also checked with my bank and they confirmed that my card has been charged twice and the amount has been credited to Dominos. . My issue has been resolved as i got my refund back after 10 days.I am pleased and will go back to dominoz a happy satisfied customer.Thanks.People in s ame situation ned not to worrry.
