My wife Gurvinder Kaur ( Patient Refence No 142262) had started taking medicine from Dr Batra Chandigarh clinic almost more three years back for Asthama and till date the problem is as such and in the starting they told us that the treatment will be of 3 years and you will enroll for 3 years treatment. Now they are saying it may go to 5 years.The allergy level in the starting is around 1150 and after 3 years the allergy level is 1200 even they claimed us that with the medicine they will improve the immunity of patient and the allergy level will start decreasing. Now this in this season change the problem had aggravated and with no medicine is working to relief from this problem. My wife has to take 8-10 time inhaler in a day besides taking there medicine. We had wasted around Rs 22000 as hard cored earned money on this treatment and all invain. yesterday when we asked for the Dr Mukesh batra's e-mail id for sending the complaint then they told us that Dr Batra does not contact with there patients. He is earning money from his patients but does not want to listen the complaints from frustated patients Why? Either we want correct treatment which will show results or we want our money back. This chain claims that asthma is treatable in there clinic but it is not a truth. My cell no is [protected]and my name is Satbir Singh.

I am undergoing treatment of my cold with Dr. Batra's for the past 2+ years. I have been consulting Dr. Jyothi who was posted in Jayanagar clinic.About a month and a half she moved to Kormangla clinic and I had to go thru lot of hassles (making calls in customer care, Jayanagar clinic) to transfer my account from Jayanagar to Kormangla clinic. In between my account got shifted to RT Nagar without any intimation to me. Only one day I got a call from RT Nagar clinic that I have missed an appointment. After going thru "making calls" I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Jyothi on Aug 12 in Kormangla clinic. After consulting doctor I was told by the reception that medicines will be couriered since power was not there in the clinic. I requested to call me and I will pick up the medicine. I waited for 4 days but no call. I called on Aug 17 to find out status of the medicine and was told that it has been couriered on Aug 16. I waited (again) for 4 days but no courier. I called today (aug 22 @11:55am) to speak with the doctor but could not (was informed that she does not have extension in her cabin). Till date I am without medicine for month and a half without any intimation from Dr. Batra's.

No doubt Dr. Jyothi is very intelligent and cooperative but looking at the back-end support one starts feeling whether these clinics are really "REAL".

I went to Dr.Batra's for hair loss treatment. The doctors gave an encouraging speech, took photographs and assured that through their medicines hair loss will be stopped within 1 month and slowly the hair will start to grow and it will take a period of 3 years for the complete growth. So I joined. At that time, I was 500 kms away from chennai. Therefore, every month I used to come to Chennai for treatment.

They gave some sweet medicines, oil to apply on hair and gave some instructions how to take oil bath. Even I used mineral water for taking head bath.

A year passed by and there is no sign of hair fall stopping. On the Contrary, I became bald. Before Joining I had some hair so that I can comb. Every time I complain, the doctor changed the colour of the medicine and gave me. I finally got frustrated and stopped going.

I joined in Jan 2009. Stopped in Dec 2009. In 11 months period I lost almost all hair and only the sides remain. At the top of my head I have some hair left. Once I stopped taking their medicines my hair fall reduced. I still have the same.

I have wasted Rs. 18,000 of my hard earned money.

Please don't waste your money on this type of bogus doctors. Just be happy what u have.

I went to Dr. batra's positive health clinic at kormangla, bangalore on 03/06/2010 for hair loss treatment and made an advance payment of Rs.4000 through my debit card.My patient code is[protected]. Bill no. is KOR�[protected] .On getting pathetic feedback from other patients i changed my mind to continue with the treatment the very next day. I had a discussion with DR. RADHIKA BHONSLE who promised me full refund of the money within 45 days. Its been more than 50 days and everytime i call or visit the clinic the same employee who pissed me every hour for the remaining balance does not respond properly to the calls and visit.

My treatment was never started and it was discontinued because only 4 months advance was given but what they were looking at was a full 12 month fee before even starting the treatment.

Please help me in getting my hard earned money back. Thank you.

I was diagnoised eczema by the doctors of Dr. Batra Homeopathy Clinic,Bangalore.I was also treated for the same for hte two years by the Doctors.During my medication my problem persisted and even had a very adverse effect on my health.

I had to undergo a great humilation in both personal and professional fronts.I could not even concentrate on my work and went into a great depression.
The ultimate blow came to me when I got to know that my problem was not eczema but it was diagnonised a s Polymorphic Light Eruption by doctors of Manipal Hospitals, Bangalore.

The doctors in Dr.Batra's clinic have admitted their fault of wrong diagonisis and are ready to pay me the amount I have spent on my medication.

Now that I have started taking Allopathy treatment in Manipal Hospitals , I see a considerable improvement in my health as well as my personality.

I would like to have a compensation of Rs.150000/- from the Dr.Batra clinics. So, that I can continue my treatment with manipal hospitals.
Though the compensation that I have asked for could not match the suffereing I have gone through and the humilation I received from my own circle.

I paid at DR Batras positive health clinic for my hair treatment at vadodara rs 12000 and due to their worst service and no improvement i have cancelled my treatment for my refund i had to argue with them like anything they are sales man and not doctors. please its a fake clinic dont ever spend if you are having hard earned earning its waste totally. and the doctors over there are hopeless people

i take treatment of white patches on body from dr. batra jaipur office . at the time of registration and taking money they commited so many things even assure me if treatment is not successful deposited amount will be return . after taking treatment of two years nothing is happen the white patches grow rapidly .

now when we ask for returning money they immediately regret it and says there is no policy of returning . now we want to advice to any patient not to take treatment of such type big clinic center what they say and what they do in practical . these type of clinic center are not dependable

My name is AnkitaPurkayastha. I was with Dr. Batra's treatment in the year 2005 regarding skin problem. It was one year treatment from the Mulund branch, Mumbai. Then i could not continue for some reason. Then i shifted in Pune. My sink issue started again so i thought of rejoining again.

I went to the branch located at Kapil Towers, Shivajinagar, Pune. I started the treatment from1st week of Nov. They increased they amount to 11000. Since i was their patient they gave me a discount of 10%. So i paid 9900. Each month we need to visit them to check the progress and take the medicine.

My appointment was on 29th Nov. I tried calling them to confrim my appointment but no one answered the call. When i went there they said that the doctor who was supposed to attend me is on leave. Then the receptionist asked me to take one week medicine and come back later. I refuse to take the medicine.

I went there today which is the 6th of December. I spoke with the Head of the Branch Mr. Pallav Thanawala. He was very rude and his behavior was unrespectable. I told him that i don’t want to continue the treatment with them and however there is no progress. He refuses to refund my money. Secondly he said that the money cannot be refunded as is signed some document. Just to le you know i did not sign any document when i rejoined them in Nov. i signed only one document which was for the year[protected]. When inform him about the same. He was forcing me to stay with them. I would have given a second thought of staying back and continuing my treatment but he was so unprofessional that i have decided not to continue.

I just want your help to get my money back; as you will also agree 9900 is not a small amount. I just want the money back for the remaining 11 months.

I started my hair treatment at Dr. Batra homeopathic clinic 11 months back.I paid Rs. 8000 for the treatment.But after taking the prescribed medicines the condition of hair has become worse than before.There have been many side effects.The drugs contains steroids.I have now stopped the treatment.but my money has been wasted. I want to claim my money.I want it back.Dr. Batra is a fraud and there is a harassment and mental stress given by this clinic.They are just mere shops making money and looting people.

I need my money back. I don’t want to take your treatment from your clinic.

I started my skin treatment(Acne) at Dr. Batra's clinic, Gurgaon 2-3 months back.
He took the whole year amount of Rs. 9000 for the treatment.As Dr. Batra is a famous clinic, therefore I trusted them.But after taking treatment for 3 months, the condition of my face became worse than even before.I started gaining weight and i also had certain side effects.I have now stopped taking the medications from his clinic.The drugs which he prescribes contains steroids which have many side effects.I therefore want to claim the amount which i paid for the treatment as I have stopped the treatment .I want my money back which they are refusing to give back.Please help me regarding this so that I can get my money back as this is a big amount for a middle class person like me.

I visited Batra Hopeopathy, Pancheel Park centre for my wife Anjana Sharma throat treatment in March, 2009.
But by their treatment problem become more complicated deteriorated despite taking regular medicines.
They suggested some test.When we show the result of those test, Dr. said I donot have any knowledge you must consult any other doctor.After that we consult Dr. Sanjeev Sharma at PSRI, New Delhi.Lots of test are done ( Blood Test, ECG & ECOO)
It was found that due to their lack of knowledge & wrong treatment her TSH level, Lever & Monthly Cycle totally disturb.
I suggest every one not to take treatment from Dr. Batra Homeopathy. Because they take Rs, 8000/= for one year in advance. They are only making a fool of the people. So Be aware of such type of Centre. We are not only single family but I know lots of friends who are facing same problems.To some they said as your illness is not improve with present package so you renew the package for another two years. SO FRIENDS BE AWARE.

This is to ensure that every one get to know what happened at Dr.Batras...

I was under treatement with Dr, Batras for 2 years along with my mom at Alwarpet Branch in Chennai.After Joining i also recomended around 10 of friends who was intrested.
I am really happy to inform you that i was actually getting better from my problem.This was also with my friends.I had a real good personal attention from my doctor Dr.Lakshmi who gave us a wonderfull treatment.

But even things r good in one way, the administration part is the worst i have seen any where in the market.They maintain the worst Patient database system.I travel around 20kms from my home to reach there and when i reach there they say you dont have a appointment inspite of them calling me for looking the appointment .In such a case they make us to wait for hours and then we see.

Secondly they wont inform the doctor that we are waiting for seeing them rather they keep chatting in their phone.And when my doctor just came out to relax as she didnt have any patient she called me in.

The worst part is if the doctor is on suddent leave they wont inform us.ONly after we reach there they will inform us easily telling that the doc left suddenly.the doc would have left around 12'o clock .They wont inform us till 7pm.

Adding to this once in a year just to make us renew they conduct a drama telling us that there is a special discussion with a senior most doc.They will build all stories that he is so busy and has come specially and will not be available so easily.But when we went there it was the same guy who is alwaya present there.When we meet him and dicuss we will come to know it is just to renew the service.

The worst part which i faced is that couldnt make up around two appiontment towards the end othe year and i went before a weeks time when my package year was abt to end.I made an appiontment and went.Only after i reached there I was told that my doc left around 12am.But i was thr only at 7 PM.This happened after i receive aroudn 30 calls from them for appintment .Only after reaching there i realised my period was abt to over.So when i asked them for my medicine they said only i[censored] renew u would be given medicine.Else u can take it for 4 days.I got tensed and told them we will renew after cousulting the doc.Seeing me tenses he took me a private room and started convincing me telling stories.But i was very sure that i will meet my doc and will renew later on andasked him to give me a months medicine.He said ok and we came out the "private room".After around 15 mins he gave us the medicine which was only for 4 days.I was irritatted to see that i told i dont need the medicine and started shouting at them.After few minutes of argument he had no choice other than to give me, as this happened in front of all other patients and he dont want otrs to know that.

I know all hospitals are business oriented units and not service oriented.But these people are becomming worse.I am not sure whtr the higher official know abt these admistrative problem.


i should also tell, my doc Dr.Lakshmi contacted me the next day to discuss abt this issue and solve it, But unfortunatley i wasnt in city and when i came back my mom was totaly upset with this issue and she dont wanna continue thr..

This was not just with us but another issue in the same center was that a patient who gave few post dated cheques have clearly infromd them not to deposit the remaining cheques as she is moving out to US .But these people just to make money they deposited it.and when she came there to collect it she was given reason that the cheques was deposited form headoffice and they cant help it.They also dont have the remaining cheques.

I have been taking the treatment with Dr. Batra’s for my Rheumatoid Arthritis for almost a year now.
I had started my treatment when it was in the early stages. I ve been telling the doctors during every visit that the treatment is not showing any significient improvement. My RA became worse in Jan and my left wrist was swollen very badly and extremely painful and fingers immovable. Since it had become worse and showed no signs of improvement even after 9 months of treatment I had no option but to go to Kerala and start Ayurvedic treatment. Now, my Rheumatoid Arthritis is very much under control.
At Dr. Batra’s I have always requested in being diagnosed by some senior Doctors which did not happened. Then I have been wanting to talk to Dr. Batra himself for advice but, despite several request their staff refused to put me on to him. This is very unethical because, every patient has the right to fall upon the Doctor when he or she is helpless. This is a breach of trust. I hope Dr Batra takes note of this and does the needful so that in future Dr Batras lives upto the ADS that promise cures for almost all illnesses.

i am taking treatment in hyderabad for asthma & skin alergy.i have joined in Dr batras in 11 months back.first i joined in dilsukhnagar branch .in this branch dilsukhnagar clinic i found they not cured my problems .i been saying many times to the doctors that this medicines is not working, they dont know which medicine is suitable for me, they r expermenting on me.Then i changed the clinic to banjara hills branch ofter 6 months.it that branch also i found nothing . doctors r showing very good responce on me but they r unable to cure my problems.i made a argument with banjara hills branch doctor he is giving giving giving medicines, even 1 day also i was not satisfied . They r giving medicines but no use with it.i faced many side effects along with the treatment.
i wasted 1 yr time and Rs. 7, 000 money, i frustrated daily 1 yr long .i want my money Rs. 7k back.with compensation

I have a skin disease, Dr's they say its fungal infection. I have started my treatment with Dr.Batra (Baroda) in february 2008 around 7 months back after paying Rs6750 per annum.

It is almost 7 months now but there is no improvement in it. Whenever i ask them that what is the reason behind this? why there is no improvement?. They say that its because of atmosphere and humid atmosphere. Almost 1 yr is about to get over but there is no improvement, not even point 1% of it. After 1 yr they will ask me again to repay the membership fees again, which i think it is of no use.

Please help me i think they are charging unnecessary fees and they are not promising any treatment time. It can go on for years and years.
