[Resolved] Dr.Reddys — Renewal of new credit card & address change

ICICI Customer care could not update my adress for sending my renewed card.After, repeated attempts of changing the adress, i'm complaining.Every time I place a request, i get a SMS reply few days after that saying that address could not be updated.Reason is never mentioned.
