I purchased 120 ml MINTOP10% from MEDPLUS, Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500016. On Uning for about 15 days i could hear some particle sounds coming from teh bottle when shaking, out of doubt i opened it and was shocked to see some crystallized particles in the liquid.
Never was any thing of this sort came to notice in 60 ml but this happened in 120 ml. I have been using MINTOP 10% since one year.
Now i have been using this bottle since 15 days and not sure whether it is safe for using this type of product since 15 days. A phone number was also not there to contact. Have raised a complaint to the feedback email address.

I had submitted my PF withdrawl form to the company (Dr.Reddys lab, FTO-III, Bachupalli) by mail.
till date i have not receive any money.
My PF Account no. is AP/14359/7296.
i am living in Gujarat, so it is problem to me to go for the check the status personnaly.
