[Resolved] Dreamline mattress — Pressed at sleeping area | |||
On 27 June, 11 I have purchased Dreamline 78*60 Mattress from Big Bazaar, (FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LTD) Bill No. 14 & TRN No 45951, which is delivered on 29.June.2011 with 12 months warrantee. Dreamline mattress damaged (Pressed at sleeping area) the complaint lodge over phone to Mr. Yogendra Tripathi Big Bazar on 15.07.2011 after several reminders. But after several remind, there is time passing attitude and no proper response. I asked his senior’s contact number, status of complaint etc., but he is unable to give any information. Till today there is no response from M/s Big Bazaar. Hence you are requested to please arrange to solve this problem Big Bazzar is not at all giving good service to the customer- I had faced problems when i had brought product from Big Bazzar. Within a week o[censored]se it got pressed in at the sleeping area and i have also notices few empty patches on it. The quality is third grade and it is causing discomfort while sleeping.
I have raised my complain first on phone and then i sent an e-mail to Manish Jain who is the store in-charge of Big Bazaar and I m still awaiting response.
Please suggest what legal action I can take in case they do not respond o my complain.
