Dri*symantecwww.Myord. Commn — Did I receive the virus coverage

On April 2nd I received an email that I needed to update my Norton Virus coverage. I clicked on to do this and have been charged $39.99 on my credit card. Today I received another notice that I needed to update this coverage. DO I HAVE COVERAGE. I asked my son and he said I should have a liciense number, which I do not have as far as I know. How can I find out if I am getting what I am supposed to pay for?

I received a notice that I needed to update my virus protection. I chose the middle of the road protection and it was charged to my credit card. I downloaded the virus protection directly from my computer and started using it right away. I have had no problem with it so far.
On March 27 -2009 I down loaded Virus protection at the cost of $131.98. I am still getting pop up say I need to get virus portection . Need this go through ? Suzanne
I also received a notice that I needed to renew .Then i got notice again that I needed to renew.What did I do.Where did my payment go ?
I renewed my notice on 01/30/09 when I received my first notice to do so. I keep getting Notices that my Virus protection has expired. You all need to get your accounts up to date and clear this matter up. I can see that I am not the only one getting tired of this. When I pull up my Norton Account is does show I am protected for another year.
help me i am paid in full for 2 years. screen keeps popping up expired

on 5/7/09 you charged me for norton antivirus program, but you wont let down load it because you say something is blocking it. i have tried several times to get in touch with you but all i get is gibberish. i think my order number is [protected]. please refund the charge. i will go and buy the cd instead.

I, too, did a renewal of Norton ($54.99) and also received a payment due on my credit card for $54.99
for DRI*symantec Dell which makes for a total of $109.98 which I consider highway robbery for something I didn't know about nor did I order. victoria Markowski I don't know what to do.
I was charged 69.99 on my credit card (9/15/09). I repeatedly get a message saying I am not covered.I guess I will request a refund and buy Norton from Sams Club as I did to begin with!!!

I received an email that I needed to update my Norton Virus coverage.I updated my credit card info.because the old card had expired.I clicked to renew and have been billed 48.47 on Dec.23 2009 for another year of portection. The remaining days still show only 9 days portection.Do I have another year of portection?How do I find out if i'm portected?

Hi i was trying to get your product last jan. 18, 2010 (Norton antivirus) bec. my computer got virus. I gave all my information even my credit cards but when I down load it it does' nt get through, meaning I was not able to download your product into my other computer and yet you charge my husband credit account, amounting $ 54.43 thru Capital One. Can you pls. re study this things bec. its not right collecting money from me and yet i did not use or get your product. My order # [protected]. I just had a charge on my visa from DRI*Trend Micro, which I did not give them authorization to do. Last year I purchased Trend Micro Anti Virus protection over the internet and when my computer got a virus and I lost everything on my computer and had to have all programs reinstalled I was told if i didnt have the CD I had to repurchase the protection, so I do not want this charge on my visa unless they are willing to send me the CD. What gives them the right to automatically charge my visa without my approval.
