On my MBNA mastercard right below the Norton Annual Renewal (authorized) was an unauthorized billing from DRI SYMANTEC (Lumxembourg LLU) for $49.00.

we were able to find out who used our card call this number[protected]. we had canceled the card so i was able to give them the card number and the company was able to find out who used the card and where they lived.
They "auto renewed" my "Norton" software for $69.99 which caused a dormant bank account for a closed law practice to generate an additional $35.00 fee. New York reached an out of court settlement with Symantec for this type of fraud. Go to your bank and demand they file charges in keeping with Bank Reg E, do not take no for an answer. This happened in California. Am sending all info to our Attorney General. In addition the first time I called, they ran me around for 30 minutes, and then gave me a FAKE CASE NUMBER. Outrageous. The people the call center seemed sooooo embarrassed, they seem to know what is going on. This is a case of a sales driven company EVP going nuts with running up revenue illegally to shore up lagging sales. The corporate headquarters in Cupertino does not answer its telephone number listed on the 10K, and then disconnects you with a message that they are closed.
Charge fraudulant anyone have the # to Symantec customer service I have a huge problem
I was chared $49.00 for Norton backup on my charge card and never got my download.
What can I do to get my money back?

DrI Symantec WWW.MYORD.COMMN charged my CC for $39.99 I don't use Norton and I am not sure who this company is.

    I was charged 131.98 on my credit card that i didnot authorize please return it NOW!
    DRI Symantec send me back my money!!! Your withdrawal was unauthorized!!! I already have Norton Antivirus protection which I bought from Norton Ativirus!!! So, send me back my money!!!
    I did some checking elsewhere and I found that you were right!! Please disregard my first complaint and I have already paid the 69.99. so please forgive my rashnes toward you . Keep the money!!!
    I know that you are a reputable company because last night I got an email from you about email from you on a regular basis. At first I signed on but realized that I had made an error. So, I went back to the original sight and unauthorised the agreement. I had to do this twice, but at least you let me change my mind about it. Thank You and please no emails.

    Who are these people? I renewed my Norton Anti Virus online. I have NOT received the anti virus update AND I get a bill from DRI Symantic who I have never heard of?

    Is this one big scam? Well get lost and give me my money back you thief.

    Dri Symantec?????? — Unauthorised charges!!!!!!

    I have just been charged a second time for the amount of $34.99(weeks apart) i have no idea what the charge is for!!!Especially the second charge!!! The first charge was for Norton anti virus i assumed? The second one...no idea and it was not authorised!     Symantec — Charge

    I ordered Norton security on July 23, 2009 and when I received my credit card statement, it had a charge for DRI SYMANTEC for $41.99 AND DRI SYMANTEC for $62.99. Why am I being charged for both when I only ordered one? Your quick response would be very appreciated. Thank you
    I renewed my Norton Virus for 2010 on 09/29/09. My order #[protected] in the amount of $44.99. It was charged to my credit card as "DRI* Symantec. When I looked at my charge statement there was another charge for $47.80 of which I did not authorized. Please remove this amount.
    I was just charged today 4/30/10 in the amount of $74.99 for Norton Anti-virus 2010 that I tried downloading about 2 months ago. However, my computer that I had at the time had so many issues and viruses that I was unable to download it. Since it did not download I do not feel that I should be charged the $74.99. I would appreciate the amount withdrawn ($74.99) be returned to my account immediately. Please email me asap - [protected]@comcast.net
    ON[protected] I was to try for 30 days a free trail of your Dri Symantic download on may computer in which the download did not take. I gave you my card number that you said you needed at the time but I would not be charged at that time and I sent you a E-Mail to let you know what had happened and so to make shore that I was not charged for your product but I was charged $64.99.       My old symantec Expire date 5th october2007. Than I am Renewal Date 20th November2007, Expire of date 5th Nov.2008

      I have 10+5 License user.

      Problem Sir, I have no license file then how to managed to my server and all computers.?
      I have contect the symantec they give the Too Free No. [protected] but if talking than disconnected.
      No clear doubt for me... day to day I suffer the viruses problem..Please you are action and tell me urgently solution for me.
