Unauthorized billing

On my MBNA mastercard right below the Norton Annual Renewal (authorized) was an unauthorized billing from DRI SYMANTEC (Lumxembourg LLU) for $49.00....

Double charge!

Dear Sir,
My old symantec Expire date 5th october2007. Than I am Renewal Date 20th November2007, Expire of date 5th Nov.2008

I have 10+5 License user.
1)My Busines Pack 5 user - --- (Sr.No.- M[protected])
2) My Business Pack 10 user ---(Sr.No.-- M[protected] )

Problem Sir, I have no license file then how to managed to my server and all computers.?

Norton Antivirus 2007 is a crap!

sir pls inform antivirus installation i windows xp64bit
edition . I installed norton 2008 in windows xp64bit but not support....
