Dum Dum Gas supply Agency — Delivery of LPG cylinder not delivering on time

I am a consumer of Indane My consumer No : 22060 Our agency name Dum dum gas supply agency 213/3 Dum Dum road Kolkata -74 I had booked my Gas cylinder on 17th of Dec 2008 till 5th of January 2009 no supply had happened The response of the officer are really cold when enquired about the same . I am facing problem for the same every month Please help
