DUM DUM GAS SUPPLY AGENCY, 213/3,DUM DUM RD-700074, Tel No.[protected]/4328/1260, continuously breaking the supply the Gas for domestic purpose to the customers and celling Gas Black Marketing or others. The Regulator of Indian Oil Gas is also available in the Shop of the manager of above agency at Arjunpur. All the customer are facing problems for supply the Gas/non receiving of Gas timely. Consumer No.13549, N Paramanik, PA-86, Lichubagan, Kolkata 59 Booked the Gas on 29.01.2011 but till date dont received the Gas. Dum Dum Gas Supply Agency is just running the business without helping customers. 1st. of all, customers not get the phone line to book their gas cylinder at their given phone nos.[protected]/4683). Even customers get the line, they said that your booking time is not now (after 3 days, 2 days something like that). After that customers get the line after trying 3 -4 hours, gas booking done. At the time of cylinder delivery date, they said always, your delivery date has not come because you have booked on such and such date, even after customer said. Actually what they do, they registered the date by increasing order. Example, if a customer booked the gas on 01.01.2011, they registered the date 05.01.2011. So this type of things how many days customer will tolerate. The authority is also sleeping and every month customers are suffering without the gas cylinders. Always everyone blaming Govt. that gas supply is not in order. But this agency running this business like that.

The persons who sit in the agency is like they are the king ...their behaviour is so rough and the phone numbers I have tried regularly but no response from their side ...then what is the necessity of such numbers ...these are not for their personal matters i think so ...they never bother about the customers ...I onbelalf of all the customers requesting to the the higher authority to please look inti this issue as GAS is very necessary for our daily purpose and please teach the persons how to behave with the customers and give proper services ...
