I believe that easy day has forget that consumer is still the king. They have recently opened their out let at Dugri phase-II Ludhiana. they have illiterate security persons who does not how to behave with the customers. they have no timing. when they started their outlet they were entertaining customers at early hours now they have started their own rules. they don't keep any complaint register and the feed back forms does not the future of the complaint. in case they want to ignore the locality inhabitants who are the main customers then they have to pay them later. On the other way in case they just want to sit idle and dont want to do business and want to promote the other nearby stores then we cant help it. It is high time to action.
