Passenger 3 Lakshita Reddy Age 07 DOB 11/10/2003
Passenger 4 Shrutak Reddy Age 04 DOB 02/02/2006
I have also booked a ticket to Hyderabad on May 21, 2010 from Mumbai and the Confirmation ID is 63GVYSD02 and PNR ZQKALD. However I did not receive the eTicket in my mail account. I spoke to Salim Ansari in customer care from my number, [protected], on May 11, 2010 at 11:44 p.m. regarding the issue and on May 12, 2010 around 12:31 a.m. my problem was resolved and I was sent a mail at my Email ID rameshk.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com with resolution.
I really appreciate the commendable job done by Mr. Ansari as he resolved the problem nearly in an hour’s time.
