[Resolved]  Easyinsuranceindia.com — No response after paying them online

I had purchased 2 wheeler policy from http://www.easyinsuranceindia.com vide Contract ID (that serves as reference id ) is : 19_6_2010_5_51 on 8th May 2010 at 9.05 am, as required made payment online through credit card, emailed them all the required documents same day

Today its 12th May , so far i have not received an single communication from the company, try calling their number there is no response, try sending message through chat, all the operators are busy, and you get disconnected, try submitting form from their website, no response

There is absolutely no response to either by phone or through email about the status of policy , yesterday was able to get hold of one sales executive who took deep pains to explain me they have server issues on Monday and the same would be resolved by Tuesday evening i will be having the copy, as expected no correspondence from the same , call wed another executive trying to convince me the policy will be done by wed , do these people understand the time factor in policy renewal,

They are now neither willing to refund the payment nor provide policy, left high and dry with no way to go.

Please be warned of such pathetic service you would get , they are just the cheaters who collect payment and then never get back after payment is received - an pure scam, would the correct authority take note of it

i am facing the same problem with this company.they can not be trusted at all.
We have responded the customer. The customer has not updated this site.

I am facing the same issue. I made the payment and sent the documents through email to the executive. I have been getting auto-generated emails from their server, stating that the documents have to uploaded; to which, when I gave them a call, the executive responded that it is a problem with the server and he has already submitted the documents and the policy will be soon delivered. I received another call asking the details but further to that no response. I had to travel out of the country and my friend gave them a call and the representative answers and assures everyday that it will be done the next day. Their service is pathetic and they are highly incompetent. I would never recommend them to anyone; I would even suggest not to goto them.

I have sent them 6 mails with no response and this is preposterous.I have asked for a refund; I should have taken the policy from any other provider and not them. I would soon be back in the country and I should most probably go legally against them

I am facing the same problem. I made the payment and sent the documents through email on 16.4.2012. But till date I haven't provided with the policy. No satisfactory response from their side.Every-time, I am getting response that it is being processed at Oriental Side. While on their site it is clearly mentioned that documents will be delivered in next 2 working days.But, I haven't received it till up to 20 days.My Policy reference no. is 16_16_2012_4_3321.

I have sent them 8 mails with no response.perhaps, I should have taken the policy from any other provider and not them.
