[Resolved] Easyinsuranceindia.com — Lack of response and service | |
Hi, This is regarding an insurance policy renewal with the easyinsuranceindia.com. I had made the payment and also sent the documents requested, to the customer care executive. Once the payment was made, I did not get any acknowledgement or status response from them. I called them up only to be given the same status - it has been done and would be provided in a day or two. The payment was made on April 27, 2011. They are yet to send the policy. When I call them, I get the same lame response. I have mailed them at least 6-7 times continuously without any response from them. The payment reference code is : 20_16_2011_4_5463. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would rather suggest everyone not to approach them for the services. Finding them pathetic and incompetent I have asked for a refund and I am awaiting a reply from them. I am without a policy and the money has been transferred. I find this preposterous. Currently I am out of the country and once I am back in India, if this issue is not corrected, I am planning to move legally. Kindly provide if you have any suggestions for the same. This is great, The company owns up to the responsibility and corrects it. every one makes mistake. I am happy to not they hare trying to fix it. I have bought a policy form them . I fortunately did not have nay problem

P.S: after seeing this complaint being in Chennai I visited their office. They seem to be genuine people. The company is owned and operated by NRI from USA. who has come back to India

Yes there had been a delay to arrange the policy for our customer Mr. Harikrishna Menon.
Usually these kind of delays doesn't happen normally but the fact remains that this particular policy got misplaced thrice before we got it to our hands.
Yesterday, the copy of the policy has been arranged and been sent to our customer's mail id and the hard copy is being couriered to his residence.
Even though it was unintentional we own the responsibility and will certainly improve our service to prevent such delays in future.
