Ebay.in — Not Issue the Promised Promotional Gift

Sir/Madam,

I am user from Ebay-India. I have a Problem to get a Promotional Offer Gift from EBAY INDIA -

In Ebay, I Purchased a "Brand New Dell 15R N5050 Laptop Notebook i3 4GB 500GB DOS Warranty" (Item ID:[protected] item with the PaisaPay ID [protected] on 25-July-2012. For that I entered a Friendship day Gift Code "YOBUDDY013 – Samsung E2222 (Mobile)". And I confirmed that I am fully eligible for the gift by ebay care peoples . But still I wont receive the gift Item from my-side. Already 70days crossed from the purchase date. Kindly help me for this problem.

Previously I sent some emails ([protected]@ebay.com) on 10-September-2012 for the same. But no response from Ebay.

And on 29-September-2012 I sent a email([protected]@ebay.com) to the ebay promotional team for the same. for that also no response from Ebay.

I Queried many times through ebay toll free Number([protected]) for this problem. Here I mentioned the Service Nos and Customer Care Person Names.

Still I wont get the particular Gift. In my last Query, ebay Care peoples told that I will get the gift before 03-November-2012. But not get anything. I called again on 04-November-2012. Again the ebay care person Srinivas asked me for Next SEVEN days time to issue the gift. But i did not get.

Now they told the Gift Item not in market. So they will issue a cash coupon for the worth of the gift(Samsung E2222 Mobile). For that they need again NEXT 15 days.

Kindly consider this complaint and help me.

I have herewith attached a billing image for my purchase with the gift. Kindly find the complaint attachment.
