[Resolved]  eBay India — Item not matching as per description

then I raised a ticket with Ebay Gaurantee Claim number # 226126 for repalcement .
But they also came saying its a manufacturing defect and move to Nokia care.

The question from my end is why should I move to nokia care if I paid for brand new phone as per description and received it defective.

I want a repalcement for it.
please help.
