It has not reached me as yet.Normally it takes a day for courier service from Noida to
Panchkula(Chandigarh).

i fully agree with the complaints made by ECHS members. In the last seven years that my husband has been having serious problems we have also experienced this kind of negative attitude. My husbands case became very serious since Jan 2010, and i have had a miserable time. I do not want to say anything further..its a very sad state of affairs. Patients are literally treated like beggars.

It is submitted that I, JC-376049H Ex Sub Rajeshwar Tiwari submitted all the relevent documents to Signals Records Jabalpur MP. During my discharge drill in the month of Sep 2010, I did not get my ECHS Card. I was told that the card will be sent to your station HQ. I did not receive the card till today.

FURTHER I HAD RECEIVED THE LETTER FROM ECHS, AFCAO, NEW DELHI STATING THAT CARD NO 85398/08/10 DATED 045 FEB 2011 HAS ALREADY BEEN DESPATCHED TO POLY CLINIC. NEITHER ECHS CHAFB NOR ECHS, AFCAO IS NOT RESPONDING TO WHERE ABOUT MY ECHS CARD AND WHERE IT HAS BEEN DESPATCHED. I dhananjay kumar singh ex-pome from indian navy had a humiliating experiance in ECHS lucknow regional centre & polyclinic .I was with my wife .I was surprised to see that insted of solving the problem they were criticising navy as it was my record office because I was having slip which is issued by echs when application is submitted the date was expired & I asked them renew the date I was told you are from navy and we can't do anything.

Once ASC Records (Supply) South Bangalore returned it but I send it again to concerned auth but till to date I have not got my ECHS Cards. As serving personnel did not know retired pers obligations and contingencies. My wife and old aged parent suffering from long illness. Dear, Respective sir,
I am a Navy retired sailor, living in Nasik (State- Maharashtra).
Sir, in Oct 2003, ECHS was newly founded & our releasing batch was ready to become a member of ECHS.
After all, the membership payment was deducted from our finial Accounts. After became a member I am not getting Medical Allowance .or not Issuing ECHS Card also.
After came to my home I filled all those forms and posted the same to ECHS HQ in 2003 .Since 2003 I am not getting any medical allowance nor issued ECHS Card also.
I posted many complaints on ECHS complaints cell. But still today not received any reply from your office.
It is my humbly request to all those concerns please do something. Because I and my family not getting proper medical treatments. I am not able to pay in private hospitals.
Today, “I am requesting with joined my arms” please do the needful.

Sir,
I applied for ECHS card in the month of November last year at Amritsar, Punjab. I have temporary slip with me. My medical allowance was also stopped from that time. I was not given any registeratio number at that time.
I wrote a mail to jditechs1 @echs.gov.in to know what was happening to my card.
First they wanted to know my application registeration number, which I never got . I brought this fact to their notice and now tyey want to know the pass word for my application which was never created as I had not applied on line but submitted all documents physically .
I am a 73 year old veteran and have no strength to pursue this matter any more, please let me know
a) How can I can start getting medical allowance again.
b) How to get back the money already deducted for the last one year.

My No is 13875519Y Ex Hav Clk GD SD Laxmi Narayan Sharma. Joined on 21 Apr 1979 and retired on 28 Feb 1995. Till date neither ECHS Card have been received by me nor medical allowance is being given to me. Please look into the matter and grant me necessary arear of medical allowance for which I was entitled and also issue necessary instructions to concerned ECHS Office to despatch my ECHS cards at the earliest to avoid legal implications.
