Patient name Raje, My father was admitted in Metro Hospital sec 16, Faridabad at the time of admission, we provide insurance documents but at the time of discharge TPA denial after that I request to management please change the bill TPA to CGHS because my father is working sothat I apply for reimbursement in our department but they refuse for change and said now bill amount will be less hence we cannot change as per management policy and rudely behavior with me.

    Hi,
    My father is admitted in Preet vihar metro hospital since 26/09/2023. Under Dr Rajat Saxena. Dr visit only once in a day. I have no problem with doctor. As per doctor's advice, MSRP test was done at Noida Sector 11 branch on 29th September at 12:30. But no report has come yet. When asked, they say they have two days off. That's why it didn't work. Does this mean that the patient will not be treated?

      I am Gaurav BK Enterprises Wardboy of Metro Hospital Preet Vihar. I ordered two bread pakodas from my metro hospital canteen this morning.Out of which a cockroach turned out to be in a bread pakora.Is this the facility of Metro Hospital in which patients or wardboys or any doctor are being fed live cockroaches I am sending you the video and photo which turned out to be a cockroach in bread pakoras.

          It took more than 2 hours for a ultrasound ...no system at all...either staff is incapable or staff strength is short or more machines needs to be installed ...no. of patients are too much ...it takes your whole day for a normal ultrasound...hospital should not charge the patient in advance if they are not capable or let them know it will take more than 2 hours for a small thing ...worst experience ...no management at all. ...

            Hi,

            My father Dr Tuhi Ram Tyagi, 86years of age, is patient of Dr Sanjay Sandhya for past one year and taking treatment for Sugar, BP and recently for severe cought since last 20 days. We wanted him to admit in sec 11 today so Dr Sanjay told me to inform Doctor in emergency before I go back home and bring my father for admission so that they will make sure the bed is available.

            I went to emergency, waited for almost two minutes before someone spoke to me. Then came Dr Vipul along with another lady Doctor. I was holding the prescription in hand and told him what Dr Sanjay told me to do. Dr Vipul laughed out loud( not to forget he was inside emergency) and said we have lot of beds or nahi hoga to Mai kisi ko uth dunga or bed Khali kara dunga. The lady doctor also found it funny and they both started laughing again.

            They again asked me that why I'm informing you them about as I was some stupid fool and has done blunder by coming there. I politely said I don't know how things work in your hospital, i came only because Dr Sanjay asked me to do so.

            Frankly speaking I found it very embarrassing the way they were talking to me.

            None of them bothered to look at the prescription rather asked me whats is issue with the patient. I said severe cough plus irregular motion.

            I also talked about sugar and BP.

            And Dr Vipul said itna kuch hai to seedha ICU me daalna padega.

            And that was the moment I lost my patience and confronted them for the highly unprofessional behaviour, i said yous have been cracking jokes since I have come here and you are not at at serious about my father's health.

            Dr Vipul and the other lady rather apologising for their unprofessional behaviour started shouting at me without realising that i also know how to fight for myself.

            Dr Vipul threatened me infront on everyone, it was thenI decided not to admit my father in Metro and I don't think I wille er think of admitting him or any of my family members in metro.

              My Father gets admitted today at Metro Heart hospital Faridabad with symptom of difficulty in breathing. We are admitted under DGHS facility and are eligible for private room, however the same was not given mentioning unavailability. We have given semi private room and as we entered in the room, there is suffocation and patient with uneasy breath is uncomfortable in such conditions. Also the staff is less as compared to the patients and they are responding after reminders. This is first time my Father gets admitted, and we will never opt neither recommend Metro again basis lack of facilities.

                My father is admitted 2nd time in this hospital and except doctor nobody is respond and metro staff is very bad in terms of behaviour and they are not provided any facility to patient as well as attendant even food is also not serve to the patient on time once remind at 9.30 pm then they told me that why you are not come at 7.30 pm it’s not the time we are not able to do anything .
                As per my opinion this is the worst hospital. Who’s not take care of there patient and attendant after spending lot of money .

                  The USG department of Metro Hospital Haridwar is worst one. The staff behaves badly and wastes a lot of time. I am 4.5 months pregnant and was supposed to stay just for ultrasound and getting report for about 3.5 hours. After test they took 2 hours to give the report and that also when we forced to give it. When asking to do they talk badly. The staff ill treats the patient. If we cannot say anything to medical staff arrogantly then it should also be enforced that they should behave properly.
                  I will.not recommend anyone to come here for treatment especially for USG. The same thing with Pathology. No patient is there for the samples but we are being made sit for more than half an hour now and getting no reponse.

                  These both deptts need improvement.

                    The Ultrasound department of Metro hospital haridwar is the worst one. The staff behaves badly and wastes a lot of time of patients. I am 4.5 months pregnant and i was supposed to wait for about 4 hours to get my test done and get report. After saying several times the report was handed after 2 hours o[censored]SG.
                    Whenever asked was dealt badly by staff. Staff does not know how to talk to the patients. A lot of improvement is required. I really not recommend anyone to come here for treatment especially for USG.

                          Sir I am nirmala work as a staff nurse since last 1 year but due to some reason I m not be able to complete my job...means from November I am not feel good that's why I was not sent hospital and then 13 November I am having my Post basic bssc 1st year exam and I was in punjab and then m already informed to my ward incharge and after some time the organisation gave me the email of absconded staff...but I was not be able to came the organisation in 72 hours because m not in Delhi and than my practical was not completed that's why I was in punjab and thani came delhi at 23 December and then I was informed to my incharge for my duty but she was informed me to that she will inform me after ns mam has came and than 2 Jan she was came but I went punjab for some reason and than 6 Jan I was went hospital but they will not allowed me to rejoin because m not want to continue this job with my study...they are not allowed..then I m requesting for my experience letter and then they scold me and Don't give me...
                          Please sir help Me to getting my experience letter because I need this...for my future life...

                            Got admitted to hospital on 23rd October due to road accident. My left leg is broken and doctors in this hospital has put rod and plate in the left leg.

                            I was discharged from Hospital on 29th Oct and was asked to visit again in OPD for further treatment.

                            I am facing two major issues :

                            1) I have visited hospital post my discharge twice so far . firstly on 6th and then on 11th Nov. Since my condition is so bad that I have to book ambulance to visit doctor. I want my medical report copies to raise a claim from my company - Zomato where I used to work. Since I am the only earning member, now my earning has stopped and by showing my medical reports on whatever has happened to me, I can claim some benefits but hospital people are not ready to provide me with any reports. My humble request to provide the same at the earliest.

                            2) There is fibre sheet attached to my leg for support and everytime i visit they do the dressing and re-tie the bandage on my leg. In spite of me complaining many time not to tie it so badly that it hurt me. No one listen to me and infact those doctors or asst doctors available there who do the dressings says that "I am doing drama of pain". Is this what a patient is treated when he is suffering from pain already. It is really disgusting to see that there is no ear to listen to my pain.

                            Please look into the matter at the earliest. Looking for some solution.

                              This is really sad to inform you that the staffs at pharmacy of Metro Hospital Sector 11 are very insensitive. Their behaviour towards patients and their family members are very rude.
                              Also, the staffs of laboratory are very slow. I gave blood sample to the team at 7:00 AM so that I can show the report to Senior Consultant but even after 11 AM I didn’t get the report. In other laboratories I could receive the report even after one hour. This is very disappointing to see the behaviour of one of the renowned hospital.

                                They are so inhuman that they are not ready to connect with their doctor ( with whom my wife is taking treatment) even to ask some medical advice. They simply reply that it's their policy not to give doctor's mob no . It's OK but atleast they could have asked from doctor on our behalf. We are staying far from hospital. That has to be given attention from a patient eye's

                                  Dear sir/mam my patient name is pushaplata khurana we came yesterday arround 10 am and dr suggested patient for ultrasound we waited till 4pm she is 65 years old and haveing several prob. Still she waited so long now we came today again .. again she have to wait for long and i am shocked to see she is accepting new patients but not takeing her for ultrasound so plz work on this and make ur proc. Smooth atlest patients not have to wait for long time . What if someone needs treatment asap

                                    We are facing many times problem in OPD Appointment everytime, no proper response, even called many times call for appointment but no response, request in whatsapp but no response.. And all staff speacially Anuradha in OPD metro hospital sector 12 doing very bad behavior with us.. Talking very roughly and rudely..no support, plz take action we are very dissapointed with OPD team in Metro Hospital heart wing Sector-12.

                                      I visited today to see a doctor in OPD, there is literally no Covid protocols followed here, OPD is filled with people with zero assistants to guide patients to follow social distancing.

                                        The worst ever hospital I have seen in my life.They are only a money making institutions.They make attendant sick by their terrifying comments rather guiding a better solution.Visit single time charge for 2 visit.Only purpose is exploit as much as possible.No transparancy in treatment.You don't have access what they are actually doing with your patient.CCTV is also not installed for counter check of their working.They are playing hide and seek game in the name of protocol.Doctors are too much arrogant.Overall I have faced the worst experience in the hospital.
