[Resolved] eClerx — Complaint regarding Samsung galaxy S2 phone | |||
I am one of the privilege customer of samsung and I bought samsung galaxy S2 @ rs. 27,200/- On 1st June 2012. I was quite happy with the features and the quality of this mobile phone. I have bought this phone on 1st June ever since there is no indication of incoming calls when my keypad is locked. Phone does not ring at all on my phone & person trying to reach me thinks his call is not being answered. I work for MNC & most my work is telephonic & this is highly inconvenient. I have given my phone to Service center twice at Ghatkopar west (Opp Shreyas Cinema) but my issue has not been resolved. First time they upgrade my phone software but no success Second time they (Firoz) told me that we have to replace phone board & kept my phone for 3 days but still facing same problem. I am not at all happy with the bad resolution given by the service center. I am a service class person and spent huge amount of money to fulfill my dream to get samsung high class expensive phone. Kindly let me know where should I escalate this case else give me the best resolution to get best solution from samsung. I want file a case against samsung in consumer court so that company should get to know that the customers are not fool at all. Please contact me on [protected] or [protected].
