eClerx — dmc dp charges

Hello icici bank,
An amount of rs 826 have been deducted from my account (Till nov-17). Can you please explain why these charges are deducted from my account even though i had never used this account?
I have also not received any messages or mail regarding this deduction?
Also i i was told by your executive that this account will cost nothing in lifetime

Resolve my issue asap
