[Resolved]  Economic Times — Non-Delivery of News Paper even after Subscription (Customer support Service no. 789107 dt. 05h Sept. 2013)

Complaint No. 789107 dt. 05h Sept. 2013 With reference to my above Service request on dated 05th September, 2013, I would like to bring to your notice that the following Subscriptions were expected to start from 01st September 2013 onwards, but as of today I have not received any of them. The Economic Times (Monday to Friday) Order No. : 6529444 The Economic Times (Sunday) Order No. : 002011 I would also like to bring to your notice that yesterday when I called that sales representative Mr. Jayanta on the same mobile number given by him (at the time of subscribing the form), I was entertained by a lady saying that Mr. Jayanta is not an authorised representative of M/s. Economic Times / TOI. Customer Care personal was not sure how soon they start delivering the Paper to my home. The Subscription Amount has already been deducted from my account, but still haven't recieved any feedback from TOI Group. I would like to cancel the subscription & get my money back. Please suggest.
