Respected Sir, I Affan Shaikh had subscribed Economic times for a year from my college. I was getting the copies but since last month i am not getting my economic times copies. I called ur office 3-4 times but i am getting no response from your side. Is this how you treat your customers? Now the next time I have to subscribe I have to think twice before i subscribe. The person who attends the call says we will call you later but no one ever calls back. I have paid money and my money is going waste as I am not getting the value for my money, I am not getting my economic times Copies. I would really like the person in concern to look into the matter. i am providing you the details please look into the matter and do wahtever you can as soon as possible. I agree with this complaint because I also suffer. I (Arun Kumar Sharma) is studying Economic Times around 40 Years. When I was in Delhi (Upto 1997) there was no problem regarding short supply of pages. In Ghaziabad (UP) my agent Mr Ashok Chabra & Vendor Mr Lalit Joshi takes no responsibility fo solving my problem. They blame each other & gives me assurance that this will not be repeated. I request you to look into the matter so that I will get same number of pages as printed on Newspaper.

Economic Times — not getting subscribed copies
I have paid Rs.299.00 foer One year subscription for Economic Times on 08.11.2010. As per the agreement subscription will last on 08.11.2011.Since 15 days I am not getting the paper. On contacting Mangalore office, I am not getting the right answer Only option left to me is to book the cheating case against the company. In the middle also they are have not distributed the paper for a number of days.Economic Times — Non Delivery
