our finance minister said that interest are cancelled for educational loan ...........but indian bank ask to pay interest to get next cheque for my semester..........but my family is soo poor and we cant pay it now......please help me out thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||

I got an education loan from indian overseas bank in 2009. I approached the bank about the interest free scheme, they saying it is applicable for who got loan in 2009 only. I am eligible under that scheme they said and in 2013 the interest amount is Rs.45000 for loan amount of Rs.1, 21, 000. I am very shocked of the interest amount..!. Now they are asking to repay the amount. Can you please help me. .. please help me... our finance minister said that interest for educational loan is cancelled...
