Made the following payment to avail of their services one month ago! They are not responding to my mails and phone calls!

Looks Like they are a Bogus Company! They have collected my online payment and have vanished! God knows how many more they have been cheating! This could be a major scam! How are the banks allowing them to collect this money online ? Is there a way to BOOK THESE GUYS!
