[Resolved] ELBEE courier — Courier not delivered | |
I had to receive an important document from ICICI bank through a courier sent through Elbee Courier. Way Bill Number[protected] Reference No[protected] Not only I have not received the courier even after making multiple calls to them, I see that the status shown from their website is delivered to some servant called Selvi. Elbee has stated the Delivery Date as 04/10/2008 and Delivery Time as 14:50. I do not have any such servant and I was at home at the indicated date and time. I am trying to call their telephone numbers[protected] or 64576039, but they have been switched off. Please note that this is a serious mismanagement of one of my important financial documents. Please note that this is a serious mismanagement & i have never seen this type of worst courier in life.

i had to receive a courier from ebiz company by the month of july but still it is not been received till now.after calling the ebiz comp they told me that it was a mistake by your side and they also provided a consignment number or something like. if you just call me on my mob no. that is [protected] than i would be delightful to you.please help me for this.

I have not received my consignment bearing AWB No.[protected], which was dispatched on 22.07.2009 and presently lying with your AJC Bose Road, Branch, Kolkata. The staff there has denied to deliver the same before next week. I have never came accross such a worthless courier service in my life. I will request all my acquittances not to fall in the trap of such worthless courier services. I, presently finding no other option than to take legal action to recover my consignment.
