ELBE / COURIER — Courier is not delivered after 20 working days
Sir,I have requested for some confidential information from ICICI and they informed me, it was dispatched on 17th September 2008 via ELBEE courier. The agreed maximum time of delivery was 8 working days, but, even after 20 working days, I have not received it in my home address. I followed up with ELBEE head office in my state as well as nearest ELBEE local area contact which is 35 KMs away from my home and got to know that they have received the courier before 26th of September. I made followups daily and reminder during this period. The desperative part is that they are holding it for the last 5 days without delivering to my home. I personally doubt on whether my confidential details will reach to my home safely as they are holding it without any reason.
Expecting an immediate action on this.

I got my credit card from ICICI bank to ELBE courier .How many days the courier guys can keep that if they did not find the person?
When they can dispatch to bank?
As i given one letter in my office to handover my credit card to him. But they are talking to many rules.As i am providing right documents?
They wont belive who are right? But they belive who are wrong.

SBI card has send me a Credit card from their Delhi office to me at Kolkata on 26th sep, 2008
with the ref no- SB[protected]. Till now I have not received the same. pls give the status of the same.
How many days are required to get the same from Delhi to Kolkata.

ELBEE courier — Late in Delivery
Hi All,I stay in pune, i got a message from ICICI on 12th October saying that we have sent you your Credit Card through ELBEE Courier and you will receive it in 7 working days, now it's 24th October and i haven't received the card, i am trying to call ELBEE in Pune, but since three days i might have called 400-500 times but no one is attending the call.
Great thing is they are updating that Consignee is not available in their site, mo way these people are making public and ICICI fools. I don't know how such a reputed bank like ICICI is encouraging these kinds of fools.
I called ICICI customer care and informed the same to them for 2-3 times, but still no response from ICICI or ELBEE.
Can anyone suggest some idea to teach a lesson to these kind of courier services, so that no other service will dare to play with the public.

SBI card has sent me a renewelCredit card from their Delhi office to me totrivandrum address{ 695002 } on 26th sep, 2008

ELBEE courier — Delivery of packets
ELBEE courierICICI Bank people has dispatched my new Credit card on 09/12/2008 through Elbee courier, but still i.e till 16/08/2008 i have not recieved my courier.This is very worst service from Elbee. Earlier also, one paket was returned withou them not even contacting me.

We are expecting one HP ALL-IN-ONE PRINTER 4288 + HP 600VA UPS which has been despatched through your courier from Chandigarh on 31st March 2009 vide ELBEE with docket number[protected]
We are unable to trace the consignment. We do not know who is your local agent. It has been almost a month since the despatch, please let us know when can we get the consignment.

HP — did not receive courier since ten days
i received message from hp on 26.06.2009, that they dispatched my gift vide ELBEE with docket no[protected] but i did not received it yet. I stay in Ahmadpur (Birbhum) in West Bengal, i got a message from HP-Redemption on Last 2 week saying that some gift for Our coustomer through ELBEE Courier they haven't received their gift through your company, i am trying to call ELBEE in kolkata but i have no the actuall phone nober of the said office. So please help me to collect their giftl.And what is the position of the above gift and send me the phone no of your kolkata office.

My Reference number is 69365.This ref.no. contain two parcel’s. One is HP-UPS[protected] and second is[protected] HP-ALL IN ONE PRINTER (W.B No.).The first one i get on 5th month. But the second one is i am not get it still now. It going 4 month delay still i am not get that parcel. Even i call to your customer center’s they told “with in ten days we will provide” but i am still waiting for that parcel but your courier service doesn’t care about that. I am seeing this in websites it told it is “EXCEPTION” only. Please deliver the parcel as soon as possible. don’t delay that any more days.

ELBEE courier — Non Delivery even after 10 days
I have booked a courier through Indiatimes shopping on 30 sep09. They have booked the courier through Elbee Courier on 7oct09 till now not received. They have promised to deliver in 6days from the date of order placed. I have togo out of staion along with the courier but they have disappointed.If not delivered by tommorow the charges of the products has to be bourne by elbee. i am the propriter of shree sai minerals my welcome kit is pending to delivered on my official adress last one month my RAWBNO IS[protected] and ref no. is LRPD/2609/00002.your jamshedpur official adress is also false. pl do the needful on urgent basis
